It is my opinion that this crew really enjoys their job. Appreciate their comments all along the way. Easy to understand. Thanks for the ride along video. Very well done😊
Excellent video. The Pilot is a man of great experience, integrity, and dedication. The Co-Pilot also knows his job well and deserves kudos. These videos reassures me that flying is the safest way to travel long distance. Thanks.
Those turbofans are so beautiful and enormous, wow! What an amazing aircraft and that cockpit is truly amazing as well! I must add how inspiring the captain is with how much passion he shows for what he does and how truly proud he is to be a Boeing pilot. You watch him talk about those gorgeous triple 7’s and Boeing with great pride and respect and it is really inspiring to see. You can tell he is the kind of captain you would want flying you to your destination especially a long haul or trans Oceanic flight. No matter what your job is, if you love what you do then you will naturally become the best in your field.
What's even more amazing is when you have about 300 other passengers on board with their luggage stowed away below them. Your fuel tanks are topped off. Your on the runway waiting for the final clearance to take off. The Captain receives the clearance to take off, and he gives the plane full throttle. About 10 seconds later, your pinned back in your seat while the plane is rapidly picking up speed. Your looking at the rear exhaust of the engine and wondering how that little hole is producing enough thrust to push this plane into the air. The next thing you know, the Captain is backing off the throttle because he is going to fast at the height he has achieved. It's totally amazing the plane is in the air at approximately 250 mph, auto pilot is on, then you release your seat belt and enjoy your ride. It amazes me still to this day the beauty and performance of any of Boeing's planes from the 737 on up. The 757s & 767s amazes me as well, but they are nothing like the 787s. So folks, all that's left to do is kick back, find your favorite book or movie, and enjoy your flight! FWIW, I have been a pilot and passenger on many planes starting when I was in elementary school, which was about 42 years ago. My Dad started flying in the Army, and retired flying the 737 as he truly loved that plane. I never was a pilot on the 737. The only exceptions was when he let me in the Captains seat. Personally, I only owned Cessna's up to the 172s. FWIW, I was making a better living with the Cessna's than my Father was as 737 Captain on a major Airline! Plus the longest I was gone was on some weekends, and overnight on some weekday Charters.
That was really cool. I saw it was 54 minutes and thought, I'll never make through all of this - 54 minutes later, I'm writing this! Very interesting crew and that plane is an absolute work of art!
First time watching. The amazing thing that stands out to me is the noise level is so low that you can even hear ambient sounds in the cockpit!! I'd like to book a 787 the next trip that I fly! Wow.

It’s always amazing to take a new aircraft onboard. The captain was obviously one of their chief pilots, and I wouldn’t expect anything less. Two things I really enjoyed, dual HUD displays. These are the best when flying to minimums. The second, was dual auto start. Never seen this type of engine start, but having that capability is amazing and time saving. The cockpit crew was professional and met all the standards. Great video and cheers to Egypt Air for sharing.
One of the best from Just Planes. It is great to see not only a crew that are truly experienced, but also can communicate to the pubic as to what is happening during a flight.

I've worked on the 787-8,9 and 10. During the flight test program. Even traveled the world in the 787-8 back in 2012. The plane is now sitting at the Museum of flight. Currently, im working the 777X Program. Excellent content, 787 has been my favorite to work on.

That beautiful massive complex machine howling down that runway with those two awesome pilots sitting there as I would driving my car to the local shop.....absolutely amazing.
Outstanding JustPlanes! Great Captain, very interesting guy and sure knows alot about Boeing. Keep em coming, maybe the 777X in a couple years. Thanks again.

Thank you, Justplane for this lovely video. Appreciate your efforts. Very professional Captain and FO. Very confident and dedicated to safe sailing. Best wishes for many more perfect touchdown. Happy landings.

Absolutely lovely and professional crew, My first flight on 787 was back on 2011 with Saudia i remember asking the the cabin crew about the AC, if it was a dream liner but sadly she didn't know all she knew at the time was it's a Boeing AC 😭😂. luckily I knew after boarding it was a Boeing 787 dream liner due to its unique window shades and the quiet canopy, totally enjoyed the overseas trip and loved the cockpit crew for passing their regards and stretching regulations for me to have fun without jeopardizing the safety of the flight or even entering the flight cockpit i don't remember there names but i remember how both professional and understanding they were, thank you from the hart and wish the best ❤️🌹
Used to work on the BBJ 787 and others on systems, after scrolling through screen page after screen page with mouse for multiple system checks its nice to see some flight data and waypoints up on the display, you guys have it easy in the pilot flight mode lol, Thanks for the excellent video and explanations. :)
greatest video of all and i've nearly seen them all, i got so much great information from this captin he's really informative and likes giving information kudos to the pilot.
For a plane that is empty (or so I assume), that was a rather long takeoff roll. They used up 2 thirds of the entire runway! Great video and comments by the Captain and FO. I always believed the 747 to be The Boss AND Queen of the skies! 😂
