Offset Parking:
Pull forward in the lane
Turn (full stop) in the opposite direction you are going
Start to reverse
Change direction at your limit (at either 11 o'clock or 1 o'clock)
Straighten the tractor trailer and stop
Assess the situation
Make any corrections necessary to get into the other lane.
Get in the lane with the trailer
Line up (center) the trailer inside the lane
Swing the tractor around so it is in front of the trailer
Stop with the tractor's bumper passes the cones.
You are done.
