Unconsciously, I had made this video a part of my treatment regime and it paid off very well! Now I am out of bed and have started riding again but with caution due to monsoon rains. First target was cb300r .. I am a small thin guy .. so I don't think for heavy little low power bikes .. but I like retro ... Because of my illness .. now i gave me second target also .. if I can treat my body and dead soul .. I will by re 650 one day .. it's pure machine.. One life ... Many things I have to do .. But my body mind is not matching .. I can't do many off road .. atleast I will do biking .. For now my target is cb300r .. it's may be lighter for world .. but for my spine, and joints it's heavy .. I just can't able to avoid black cb300r ... Raw modern retro ... If body improve delay .. then may be I will by aerox 155 first for daily use .. I can understand you .. it's our passion which motivate us against war

There is a certain beauty in an engine this size. Being able to constantly be in the top of the rev range but not exceeding the speed limit is a good feeling
@@kalnwi2023 unless the highway is 160kmh or 100 miles an hour this bike should be fine and considering it can hit 100kmh in 5.5 seconds (which is as fast as a considerably fast sports car) this bike should be fine.

@@lazy_dragon8900 Not sure if you're still thinking about it but here's my two cents: If you can do your own maintenance, this bike is pretty easy to work on and you won't have any major issues. If you take your bike to a mechanic, this is a terrible purchase. The service intervals are 3000 miles and you have to check the valves every time you change the oil, it would get crazy expensive if you don't do it yourself. I'm really happy with mine and with other REs I've had, but that's just because checking valves and whatnot is something I like doing myself. The actual reliability is pretty great as long as you take care of it.
I can listen that sound all day... I often put this video on loop while working... It serves me better than those relaxing nature sounds... My next bike soon...
have been on this once, it sounds good, it runs good, it can be a smooth everyday ride, and it has torque, whenever you want to have some sport experience, just twist the damn throttle, classic bikes never cease to amaze me

I just bought one of these and it amazed me at how well the basic balance of this bike is. There's a sleeper hiding under the geometry of these 650's. I think with a suspension tune to tighten it up further and sintered brake pads it will keep any bike honest on a twisting road. There's already the factory approved S&S 865 kit and a truck load of performance parts that have now sprung up. Endless options for upgrades! LOVE this bike. Sold a FTR 1200 for one. Just ride it like you stole it and you'll understand. 😁😁😁

Thats the only downside of the Zard exaust ...i sometimes miss the grumbling sound of the stock system 😗 check out Ice queen Pov on youtube ...i just love these emgo cafe mufflers on the Gt ... but austrian cops would give me a hard time using them 🥴
Nvrgveup the stock silencers have a nice deep Rumble. The factory accessory S&S ones are nearly ideal and you can remove the baffles if you want deeper/louder.

Totally agree, rev matching is quite hard on this bike. If you read in the manual, they added like 1 - 2 cm of blank in the throttle. If you want better response, try reducing it.
Very happy with this bike. I have the S&S exhaust on mine and it sounds incredible. I uploaded a couple of videos on my channel if you want to hear it.

I dislike the GT, tried it last year. Its seating geometry is f*cked up

@@PavanMS87 i own this bike and i would love to go tubeless.....as far as i know RE is working on alloy wheels for both gt and Interceptor and i would be the first one to buy it....waiting for the day to come.

im surprised to see the weird throttle response, its almost like a poorly tuned carburetored bike. definitely not something i expected to see on modern bikes.
