    Have you tried fermenting the glutenous dough with sourdough starter? I think you missed them up at 10:00. The one at the left was from washed dough. The one on the right was from gluten flour.

    Question ! What's the option, if no air fryer ? I have oven, and not wanting to fry in oil....... And not really good at the yeast....

      I haven't tried making it with an oven, the oven has a larger space than an air fryer. I guess that at the same baking temperature, but the preheating time and the time to bake until it expands may be longer
