    Heads up from MSDN: older hardware will work, but you will be blocked from certain security updates and patches (Tuesdays). There is a bare minimum, 6th gen intel and a lot of older AMD chips may work (AMD's A9 APUs). I personally won't be running Win11 due to some of the scary tech that's included under the hood. Will be running FreeBSD and run Win10 1909 in a VM. According to last week's panel, there's talk of Amber Alerts for US users, which suggests a direct/secure connection to a Govt agency that pushes these notifications. Win10 included a conduit that drives the interface between OS and Minix on Intel (TEE on AMD?), but Win11 includes some bad juju that gives the Govt an exclusive connection to the OS. Your phone already does this, I don't think anyone trusts what their mobile does at this point.. your PC is next.

    Speaking of windows is there a way to number rename several files at once. I copy several pdf files from email and paste in specific folder. How I can number and put my initial along with the original name of the file. Example 0000120.pdf, 000150.pdf. I want to rename as 1 - 000120.pdf, 2 - 000150.pdf and so forth or (1) or (1) HA - 0000120. Daily it's about 70 files to paste in folder. I think it's unnecessary all these item numbers next to the original name of the file, because we can see how many files are in the folder on the bottom of the screen. But somebody asked me to put 1 - or (1) next to the files. I think it's stupid and time consuming.

    if it's not available then they are waiting for the corrections from the feedbacks which they will get. Installing the 11 will create various problems with different gaming programs and softwares.

      Which games are not working in Windows 11 Beta? I have heard this comment but have not seen any specifics. I think it may be an outdated assumption.

    So my laptop is fully compatible with Windows 11 but how compatible is Windows 11 with games?

    • @SeleTraining
      @SeleTraining  3 года назад +1

      It's pretty good based on the comments. Some have said they are getting better FPS with Windows 11 and one of the major improvements in Windows 11 is the focus on gaming.

    Will this make it susceptible to viruses because it's before the official release ?

    • @SeleTraining
      @SeleTraining  3 года назад

      No. In fact Windows 11 is better prepared to handle viruses than Windows 10, even in the beta version. Although, you can install Windows 11 beta without meeting the minimum system requirement of TPM 2.0 and secure boot which is less secure than than when those features are installed.

    what if i want to get windows 11 now and i dont want to be booted back to windows 10 if i have unsupported hardware ?

    • @SeleTraining
      @SeleTraining  3 года назад

      You can do that only if your PC meets the minimum requirements. If it does then you can load Windows 11 and once the release comes out you can change from the Beta channel back to regular Windows.

      If you know you want to stay with Windows 10 then you can turn off the updates in Windows updates. However, here is some more information about the roll back options: www.tomshardware.com/how-to/uninstall-windows-11

      It should give you the option to install anyway. No issues with that exe file.

    This step is too long..just turn your Microsoft account into Microsoft insider account under settings and within a restart, go to windows update and you will find windows 11 laughing at you... boom ready to download. Easy

    • @SeleTraining
      @SeleTraining  3 года назад +1

      Sure. But also make sure you have a backup image and check to make sure your PC can run Windows 11 or you may be forced to do a clean install of Windows 10. Those are important steps to consider.

    • @SeleTraining
      @SeleTraining  3 года назад

      As mentioned in the video you can download but if you don't have TPM 2.0 when Windows 11 is released you will be forced back to Windows 10. That's unless Microsoft drops the requirement. So make a backup image in case.

      You can install the insider preview version but you won't be able to run it in the final release.
