I’m so glad for this insight! I would have never expected any corporate execs and managers to actually be kind and compassionate. Even in non profit I had leaders with mistrust from the very first moment onwards who followed approaches such as ‚no complaint is praise enough‘ Can you elaborate on the work culture at Spotify? Is your relationship with your manager typical for what you experience at the company? Any insights from European offices as well?
You know what. Maybe that's actually a good test. I will be forgiving for colleagues mistakes. I expect my leader to do the same for me. Just a thought 🤔
