I'm a new grad marketing analyst and I LOVE to watch all your episodes! This coffee chat is super helpful - the only thing I wish is better is to reduce the background noise. Most of the podcast I listen is filmed in a quiet room which let me focus on the conversation more instead of getting distracted/annoyed by the background noise! :)
Can't say anymore about the episode ! This is gold ! It is so true that people skills are equally if not more important than the technicals. As a fresher analyst in a Tech Co, your day in the life vlogs too seem very relatable, inspiring and aesthetic ! Always motivate me to do more Lillian ! :)
ty! it’s all about communication and being genuine- which I learned such throughout my time here. i wonder if building friendships/connections at work is something for a future episode?
I've been following your channel clips for quite some time, and I want to thank you for inspiring me to influence others and make a positive impact in my workplace! Let's keep up the great work!💪
I really liked your thoughts from 12:58 and onwards because it resonated with me. The thoughts, questions, and sharing your experiences are extremely helpful to me because I am looking to grow out of my senior QA role into a manager role. So thank you, and I hope to hear more about your career and experiences moving forward :) Much love!
tbh it hasnt affected much, because most tech companies have really strict rules on not using AI to analyze company data (since uploading company metrics , or feeding data into AI systems could leak confidential info). however, i do find AI helping with project management/operations. ie: “give me 3 ideas on how to brainstorm a business strategy” so I gives me more ideas to start with, but not using it for solutioning..!
Thank you for your sharing. I hope you will share even more wonderful content with us in the future. The company, your supervisor, and you yourself are all great. I look forward to the next episode.
Congrats on launching the 1st episode of your podcast, lovely! 🎉 Your dedication and passion truly shine through, and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes you. It’s inspiring to hear your insights on topics so crucial to effective leadership and personal growth. Rodolfo, the PM, also shared some incredibly insightful and inspiring thoughts, complete with real-life examples that really brought these topics to life. His perspectives on leadership and project success were both enlightening and motivating. I truly believe he should start creating content of his own to share his valuable insights with a broader audience as you mentioned. I love how he said you're an "extroverted introvert" 😂, sounds so relatable haha! In my opinion, your exploration of leadership styles, from how extroverts and introverts navigate their roles to the importance of building trust and empowering your team, offers a thoughtful perspective on what makes great leaders. The real-life examples and your experiences, including your time at Spotify’s Leadership Training and the new course you’re launching, provide valuable takeaways. I especially love your reflection on peak success and what comes next after a project's success-it's a reminder that growth is an ongoing journey. Here’s to many more episodes filled with wisdom and inspiration! Good luck! Keep shining as you always do, Lillian! 🌟
Great episode and thank you for warm messages and inspiring. My experience as a manager ensure team feels confident and self motivated that gradually they take lead in problem solving and speaking out ideas. Then I know they are ready to be my successor.
Find meaning in your hobbies, friends, family, and business. A job is something you do to put food on the table. You can find purpose and meaning one week at your job and then the next week you are looking for purpose elsewhere cause they let you go. Unless you are the business owner, you are simply a necessary operational expense liabilty on an income statement.
Hi Lillian, I hope you are well! I've been following your content for quite some time, and am very interested in the work-related content. As a final-year student studying informatics and wanting to work as a business analyst, I wanted to know if Spotify offers graduate programs or internships for graduates in South Africa. Thank you so much for all the insights and first-hand knowledge and experience of a BA in industry!
Hey Lillian, really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?

Most chat bots suck at everything so I’m assuming is not affecting anything for at least 3 decades
Thank you for sharing so many practical insights. I've learned from them. You deserved my first like in RUclips.
