BEST Dumplings in Chinatown D.C.?!?!

This oak was reeky good, it was very very packed and due to not having a wireless lapel mic (and a planned dinner with family shortly after) I could not record enough but this place was delicious and definitively worth a second visit from me when it's not in its prime time hour. Ah, the xia long bao got ripped bec the cook didn't make the dough right. Probably their cook wasn't Chinese. About the sauce, black vinegar is also acceprable as a dumpling sauce, depends on your personal preference.

Oh yeah I normally love black vinegar but imagine super dunking a dumpling in it and getting it plump from it and then eating it thinking it's going to be a sweet tasting sauce. xD It was definitively a shock.
