Incredible, I saw the Tea party in a tiny dive of a club in nowhere Australia. Small crowd and they gave their all, we were all blown away and massively appreciative. What a knowledge of world music.
Jeff Martin is incredible. He's from The Tea Party, best band out there in my opinion. Amazing music, vocals and instruments! He is EXACTLY as excellent live as you can see, puts on an incredible show just him, an acoustic and some foot pedals, cant wait to see him again! Look up Tea Party, not the radio stuff, you would love it if you love this.
@windsormama06 I haven't watched the video all the way through, so I have no idea what you're talking about, but your "wannabe pole dancer" made me giggle. =D
I wish everyone would quit bagging on the dancer. She is not belly dancing, but rather something akin to karthak, which is an Indian classical form. Besides, judging by a clip backstage from this DVD, she is someone quite close to Jeff...
@windsormama06 When you're mocking someone's spelling ability, you probably should stick to one spelling yourself. Secondly, if you know anything about classical Indian dancing, you'd know she's incorporating elements from several styles. In this case Odissi and Kathak, with her own "style" as well.
Saw Jeff Martin and Tina Arena sing duet “ Don’t Give Up” in Melbourne, Australia. Their vocals were so beautiful together.

Dude is so talented, much respect!
i love the very beginning of this. the best 40 seconds in music ever.
What a musical genius!! He should score any mideavil times RPG or film.
Stuart Chatwood (Tea Party bassist) wrote the music for multiple games. Prince of Persia series in particular.
The world music aspect of the Tea Party is what made them so great. I love this.
Such a great live performance!! (Those were some of my favourite songs of his!) ^_^ Thanks for sharing!
the first aCapella song is "Rakim" by Dead Can Dance

Wow!!! i dont really know much of Jeff Martin but I must say dude is ever so cool.
I have heard some of the Tea Party's earlier stuff. But Jeff Martin as a solo artist i was unaware of. Unique and talented indeed.
I always wondered why Jeff Martin sang with the sisters euclid one night... now I see the connection - the bassist!
amazing
this is so cool! save me, then winter solstice, then the actual save me!

What is that instrument Jeff is playing after Rakim - DCD? I love it!
Sing the chorus of this song to God the Father, Jesus Christ, and to the Holy Spirit! and do it now!

Love the music from the Tea Party! Great performance except that annoying dancer.

the dancer tried to look exotic but ended up just being pathetic :)
