How to release the pressure inside the pressure accumulator if an attempt to replace is made while the gearbox is still attached on the car? Is draining the oil and disconnecting the battery enough to safely open the gearbox oil pan and unscrew the pressure accumulator?
Yes, you can use the accumulator until it breaks down. If you install it, then the stove will definitely not crack. But keep in mind that this defect does not occur in every car, but in about 10%
@@KinergoEquipment Thanks for your reply! The car I'm mentioning is a 2015 Golf. This statistics you have mentioned is more for the more recents cars or a general figure?
We have one of these with low pressure, max of 31bar with pump running all the time. We removed the pan, then with fluid in there, we run the pump, we seem to have a leak coming under the lower right area (looking straight at the mechatronics) Is this area a point where it leaks? I’m wondering if I have a crack/leak in a different place to your video
@@aleksistar631 Hello! We do not produce 7.02 anymore, 7.03 is our new version which is more protected, without screw on the surface. If you want to know more, write to us on sales@kinergo.eu
Hi can u help me with some information on how to reprogram the mechatronic
you need special programs and tools to do this. We recommend to contact professional workshops for that!
Hello, thanks for the video, but how do it re-generate pressure?
Hello. The repair kit isolates the crack from the mechatronics hydraulic system and thereby restores the pressure.

Hai! My VW Golf has oil leakage through mechatronic breather. Could this be because of the crack?
Could I use this part to replace the acumulator before if breaks in the first time? Are they more reliable than the original one? Thanks
