WARNING! High pressure inside. Stand away from possible line of discharge while removing the old accumulator.
DSG 7 OAM repair kit was developed by KINERGO as a solution to hydraulic fluid leakage-related problems.
Kit includes: hydraulic accumulator, adapter, o-ring of a larger diameter, o-ring of a smaller diameter.
The wrench is NOT included in kit and should be bought separately.
The reason P17BF error appears is either a crack in the body of Valve Body or a damaged accumulator.
KINERGO offers DSG 7 repair kit which allows to restore full working capacity of the Valve Body without replacing its damaged body.

No programming procedures are needed. Neither before dismantling, nor after. Only mechanic work to replace the accumulator. After replacing the hydraulic accumulator in the system, the working pressure is restored and the system immediately starts to operate normally.

This kit works great with a broken side of the body. The set itself (its lower part) becomes this side, but now it is steel. Please, watch our new video about this set.

Hi how do you remove the accumulator from housing with out popping out and flying
Usually there is no pressure and nothing flies out. BUT! You should always be careful and careful. There is a way to relieve pressure before disassembling - ask your mechanic for this.

So if ever there is a leak on the Mechatronic it is caused by failure around the accumulator area?
If ATF leaks on the valve body, then with a 80% probability this is a crack in the area of the accumulator mounting. The error code is P17BF.

Isnt it dangerous to remove the cylinder part? I heared that there are 250bars of pressure in it... it would be fatal to unscrew it under so much pressure
The reason to repair is that there isnt any preasure because it is broken, so what can happen?
@@vorname2459 What if there us a crack, where the pressure is out partly.. lets say normaly it should have 250bars .. but it has "only" 140bar left... did you hear a tire explode? or can you Push the tire in with your thumb in? In a tire you have only about 2 to 3.5 bars.. what if you open tbe housing of the cylinder part and you get that 140bars or even more shooting out in worst case in your direction? Or it falls apart while you are removing it and fragments are flying towards you at a pressure if more than 100bars?
Just telling you, because you could think, that everything is safe and you can remove everything without any danger and stuff :)
It is around 10-15bar of pressure when active.
