Does this exercise treat tinnitus with permanent or temporary silence !!!!!
It was that flick flick exercise at the back of the head that helped me. I’m amazed.
@@mariestreeting4213 that's great!!! Happy for you!!!!
Are you for real?
I tried it after one rep my tinnitus vanished...for about 5 seconds then came back. So I did 5 reps of 20, and the tinnitus vanished but returned at a lower volume for a bit. This is the first time that I have had silence for 12 years, although temporary. Thank you.

NOTHING gets rid of my tinnitus. I've had it since I was 20 and I'm 67 now. It's gotten so loud in the last couple years I can hardly stand it. Thank you so much, words cannot describe how much relief you just gave me.
Are you able to explain how this works?
A likely cause is because it helps the suboccipital muscles to relax (suboccipital muscle tension has been linked to tinnitus).
Also please Help me
The sound of this action is very loud. Won’t it damage the fine “hairs” or receptors in the ears.
@@DrRowe hi Dr I tried it but it did nothing. Could a thorough massage of the occipital muscles and the head/scalp overall help..?

It didn't work at first for me, but I did it several times over the course of the day. Probably like the 4th or 5th try over the course of several hours they magically disappeared! They were gone for most of that afternoon and evening and they returned the next day but were significantly more subdued. I can't say that it's a fix, but it can bring relief and I'm praying one time I do it that they never come back:)
How is the sound now and are you still doing it every day?
I haven’t had much of an issue for a few months. I’m not sure if it was bc of the summer weather or bc of these exercises that caused them to dissipate. I still have some ringing here and there, but the pressure on that side of my head has been mostly gone.
@@Krillian777 How long did you have tinnitus before you tried this?
@@marcypitbull I got it right around Christmas 2021 and dealt with it until about 2-3 months ago. It was a couple of weeks after trying this method that I stopped noticing it. I would get relief from this method in the immediate, but then the ringing and pressure would return. So, I'd do the method again- 50 snaps to the back of my head. And they would go away often the first time after trying for a brief period of time. I would do them every time I sensed the pressure and ringing returning, so during those couple of weeks some days I might do the method 5-6 times a day, always finding relief. Then they kind of went away for the most part. Again, I still have some ringing (my ear's ringing right now actually a little) but I don't feel any pressure. I haven't used the method but like once this entire month.
In full disclosure, they went away for about a month in the past as well to where I thought I might be free of them, but then they returned and were just as strong as they'd been in the past. So, I'm not sure if it's the changing of seasons, air pressure, etc. that may also have an effect. What I do know though, is that the method brings me relief and that they dissipated not long after I put the method routinely into practice. Hope that helps!
@@Krillian777 any update bud?
I got some immediate reduction that increased a little some minutes later. I think the sinus has some pressure relieved due to vibration activating drainage and the internal volume of taps thumping adjusts the brain to a different relative volume. Any improvement is appreciated as a little relaxation decreases stress and therefore tinnitus-related stress and stress-related tinnitus. We should avoid thinking of it. Not thinking of it helps it to fade in increments.
Sir I just tried this and it worked instantly!! I about cried. Thank you so much
It also worked for me. It’s a slightly adapted version of a qigong technique I have learned years ago. I did it daily during my recovery of my hearing loss and I got my hearing back. Not saying only because of this exercise but I believe it helped the blood flow.

Thank you for this video! My husband has this issue, so I'll be sharing this with him.
Hope it helps!
Thanks for this. Tinnitus is awful. Mine started after the first jab (thanks Moderna) and has been constant for two years. Three specialists later, it’s official. It won’t ever resolve. It’s a hyper-inflammatory response that kills the cilia in your ear - likely because I was already naturally immune to Covid (I had all the symptoms weeks before the pandemic was declared) before getting stuck. This technique definitely helps for temporary relief - it disrupts the non-stop cycle and distracts your sensory perception from the tinnitus sound to the percussive sound. 🙏🏽 that the science catches up and helps us chronic sufferers break the cycle and get real, long term relief!
Everyone’s have tinnitus it’s normal
it is a sound produced by atmospheric pressure and gravity. Whenever you climb a mountain, you will notice that it rises as you climb
And if you Those who have hearing loss have something high
I was having a static noise in my ear for months and it was getting worse. I have a doctor appointment but ENT's in my are are booked until September. I could't stand it any longer and my sister said she had heard about a technique but didn't know what it entailed. I got on RUclips and searched for technique to relieve tinnitus. I was directed to several videos. Some were just wanting to sell a supplement. Almost gave up but then saw this video. I did the technique several time the first few days and it would stop the noise but it came back. I just kept doing this every time the noise would start and after a week the static has stopped completely! I am so grateful for this video. It really works just don't give up after the first few tries. Thank you!
This exercise is just crap.
Guys just light massage outer side and inner side of your ear (not the ear hole) with extra virgin olive oil daily at night right before you sleep. You gonna get much relief for sure.
Hey buddy do you mind giving me an update? I also got static and starting to try the same thing and noticing improvement.
AYO UR TELLING ME I COULD DO THIS THE WHOLE TIME AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH THIS FOR MY WHOLE LIFE?? IM SO MAD THAT I DIDNT KNOW THIS EARLIER.

WOW! This really works! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Maam tell me how???
Did this.
Tinnitus left for about 3 seconds, came back twice as loud and returned to normal in about 20 - 30 seconds and I got an annoying headache.
If this exercise works for you, great!
But don't get your hopes up, lest you get disappointed.
My Tinnitus was 100% caused by SUGAR INTAKE and wax build up in my ears. I ate like 30 bags of candy and developed it. Watch your sugar intake and pay close attention to your insulin levels. I got it from Sour candies. But I did get a large amount like 4-5 pounds lol but my tinnitus went away slowly drinking carbonated water and cut sugar completely out of my diet.
Sugar? For real? Thank you very much
😲 it actually worked!
Glad it helped you!

I've only done two repetitions, but I am amazed at how quickly this worked. It didn’t last, but it worked. Oh my God, just a little brief relief from that. Damn, ringing is fantastic. Thank you thank you thank you for making this video. Oh my God.
