Thank you for this. Really appreciate getting a realistic idea of the time it takes, and what to look for to tell if the iron is too hot or too cold. Really really helpful information!

Thanks for this! The gel/PVA medium transfer didnt work for me. I found great reults with your method, and I printed onto "release paper" with laser printer. Was very quick for me but I might have had the temp too high.

With my iron, heat set properly, it takes 30 sec. to transfer a perfect laser printer image! It is amazingly fast!
It use wool setting on my iron.

I was hoping to see this using an inkjet printout. Toner in laser printers and copy machines is bonded with heat and inkjet inks are made from all kinds of stuff--- dye-based, pigment-based, etc etc etc. Maybe steam from the iron does it? I don't mean to throw shade but I'm totally skeptical.

Unfortunately we are less familiar with using an inket printout for this method, as we find success most with laser printers for this method.

@@speedball_art Looks like the description was changed. It initially said it would work on an inkjet printer, as is reflected in the dialog around the 2 minute mark. It just doesn't work.

@@andythebouncer I may have missed the description entirely, but I ended up trying this with an inkjet printer and, you’re right, it does not work. Very disappointed.
