INGREDIENTS
3 cups AP flour
1tsp salt
3tsp baking powder
180ml sugar (150g)
3 tbsp lemon zest
4 eggs
200ml milk
150g butter
2tbsp vanilla essence
3tbsp lemon juice
125ml cooking oil
LEMON GLAZE
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/2tbsp lemon juice
Bake at 165degreesC for 45- 60mins
