INGREDIENTS
1kg beef short ribs
1 1/2tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
50ml cooking
900ml beef stock
5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
cook on beans setting
500g white button mushrooms
salt
black pepper
Onion
253g carrots
1tsp crushed garlic
50g tomato paste
2 fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup red wine (125ml)
Cook for 1hr or until the liquids are reduced ( combine the ribs with veggies )
109g bacon
2 green shallots
