Once you know what to do without stopping to check, it really speeds up and feels better. At this point I just keep the map open, and only check online to compare weapons, compare durability of clothes, etc.

Eating food on my PC I found this video. With no way to like or subscribe or show support. Great content; fair & entertaining play. Great narration as well. Its nice to be new to a game that is already well established. Im 350 hours in, but have some mates 2k hours in. Able to pass on sooo much good advice playing the game. When guys like Cam tell you "how to play".. Trust, They Know.

After fishing I like to breakdown the rod and tie a rope belt so I always have rope on me. Plus now I can keep a rope and knife without losing inventory space.
Just a suggestion but all the events like airdrops and such can you make a video on how to identify what sounds to listen for and what to look for like I've seen the helicopter crash but not the airdrop or the bonfire
Airdrops don't exist in vanilla, but Helicrashes will be a couple pops, and then a delayed BOOOOOOOOM. Other random events don't have audio queues my friend. I hope that helps.
good vids - this map taught me that izurvive's blue water source troughs will make you sick - they should update that on their map. good tips, easy to get lost.
Please make a vid on where to find specific stuff like if you're looking for meds where should you look (I know hospitals). Sometimes I'm looking for specific items but I don't know where to go and which buildings may have the specific item like meds, knives, clothing, food, etc. Would be grateful!
I feel like what makes Livonia great is the ample opportunities to fish and hunt for food. Its not easy, but once you get a fishing rod and a rifle to hunt with, it becomes a lot easier.
Smoked food doesn’t give you the hydration but if you hunt something like a bear and have a lot of meat, smoking can be useful to keep meat good for longer

Fastest way to find south is find Polaris. Run the opposite direction. No big dipper? No Problem....Find Orion...his sword points to the south when high up in the sky. I'll never forget being a lost puppy all the time...until one night I looked up and thought "Hey...I recognize these stars..." Played Livonia for the first time today. Spawned in the same Town. Beat a goat to death and gutted it with a pry bar. found a water bottle with just enough water to wash my hands, Cooked up the goat and skipped off to find some loot...rather proud of such a good start...then a player walks by.... "You have food?" and before I could answer he blasted me in the face with his shotgun...lol. Almost a perfect start...classic finish.

Hey buddy, do you suggest to go to Livonia after being confortable with Cherna or it is a complete different way to play and experience that is not linked and can be played even by a real freshy?
I play a server where there are hoards of infected 1.5x vanilla more loot more infected and pvp only at near ya think it be easier but the double zombies makes it challenging

2) don't get attached to your loot
3) don't trust anyone
4) keep playing. The game is a blast

You can jump over the containers (in the train) if you close the doors. Useful to avoid the Z's.

Do you ever play 3rd person? Hella new to dayz maybe 6 hours total game time
Third person is just a different way to play, for me personally 1pp all day :)
Also people can cheese it and peek around corners and over stuff if 3rd person is allowed, the devs made it harder but it’s still possible
