Agreed. Watching Sour, Dexter, Nezar, JLK, ect are all action with no hint to the mechanics of the game. Cam and Bwad really helped me get off the beach and survive longer than an hour, and showed me the mechanics, crafts, and important stuff
I've been following your content for a few weeks now. You're clearly a talented content creator and you're clearly good at this game. Personally I discovered you in your 3 learning tutorial videos and they gave me something no one else here seems to be doing. Uncut, unscripted, organic content. You were the most informative even though you couldn't touch on all the topics you wanted to cover in those tutorials because I got to see your progression from your start on the coast to runs inland and I got to mimic your approach and have managed to make some progress in my game. Your latest videos seem more scripted and edited, and while you're still teaching, I personally am not finding it as engaging. Everybody on RUclips is doing this. Not just their tutorials but their stories all seem scripted. I liked your tutorials a lot more because they weren't that. You're easy to listen to. You're kind. You're improvising. And you're kicking ass at it. Your video on the Lab was fantastic. You're a great story teller. Your video with like 8 other people strolling through the map together was so wholesome. Give me more of that. My two cents.

Another great video Cam. I often wonder how good DayZ would be if duo's and squads couldn't background chat in Discord. If it were in game comms only. They would have to work their strategies out in real time in game without secret comms. I think it would be a plus.
The Village first implemented this, soon after DayZUnderground did. It's hard to enforce and mostly honor system, but.... Discord, is a blessing and a curse certainly. So much love your way, thanks for all the kindness.
yeh me too. It reminds me of 2011-12 when the mod first came out everyone was friendly. Then it turned to shoot on site for your loot lol. It has monsters on it though this server im on, for that shooting and kicking arse urge. They drop some good loot too i THINK. I get the same shit myself adrenalin lol "OMG OMG A GIANT GORILLA" 😂 The people are super friendly too they like to help noobs like me out (im back from YEARS of being away and the game has changed soooo fucking much its nuts) they gave me a $1m car lol VW mint hahahaaha I think they were gunna give me money and other shit but server reset 😢
The Betrayal that I'll never understand is when you have two people that have nothing or next to nothing and you kill the other person. You've just shot yourself in the foot. The numbers game at the beginning is much much better than a can of food and a knife. But still Freshies kill Freshies and it makes no sense. Them teaming up against people that are more geared makes sense. But then, I was always good at poker because I played the odds, never betting against the odds.

High quality DayZ lessons and entertainment. The best DayZ creator hands down. Fantastic voice I could and do listen to all day and the only channel I’m subscribed to I actually get excited when new content drops. I am new to dayz, a few hundred hours in, my third life I chose to help the first survivor I came across and we’re now actually friends after a few hundred hours of dying and surviving together. This video is perfect, thank you, I hear your voice while I’m playing. Especially when running across an open field haha. Hopeful to run across you in the wild one day.

Great vid, 8 out of 10 betray me , I've bern been playing since the mod, I just laugh it off and hope they like the gear, the other two times end up being some of the most hilarious, frightning , heart racing advetures you can have sitting down.
All my friends died in a 2 story at nwaf and I was the only one left, all our stuff was in the basement and I was fully kitted w a m4, vaiga, and bizon along with 2 frags. Whist sitting the prisoner room I was able to hear a 4 man approaching the building. When they got there they cleared the first and second story and before leaving they realized there was a basement. Upon the popping open the first door I threw a frag and immediately killed one, then I pushed w my vaiga and proceeded to drop 2 more before I made it to the stair where the 4 one had a angle on me. I honestly didn’t know how to feel, felt so good about the kills but so heartbroken I couldn’t hold it down for my boys.
I trust one person and one person only. He is the only person that has not tried to kill me. He taught me the little I know about the game. My son. Besides, I'm bigger than him and he lives off my dime.

I understand to not "combat log" but if I wander into a certain death situation & haven't fired a shot, I sometimes will "strategically switch servers" so I don't have to attempt a 1v4 for example
Why is any of that an issue? I don't have a problem with people fleeing any way they can. And some of us don't want to watch ourselves being killed!!!!

The betrayal is the main reason I don’t play this game tbh. I see no reason to waste hours of my life travelling with someone, looting etc just for them to backstab me for the fucking matches I would’ve given them if they just asked. It’s so incredibly dull it’s unreal. At LEAST give the other guy a good experience, like talking to them before they die instead of just shooting them in the back of the head. I have absolutely zero respect for people like that. If I want a purely pvp game, I go and play hunt showdown or literally any other game. I play day z because it’s a SURVIVAL game. Not among us, or CoD, tarkov. My only wish is that people would do more than be glorified NPCs. (And a map. God, I wish I had a map on spawn lol)

@Tripstarkayz2 like 10-11 years old. Came out in 2013 if I remember right but was an Arma 3 mod before a stand alone game.
This game has changed alot since the beginning same premise but definitely evolved a bit
