Alaaa shame you didnt review the bigger units, the ones facing golf course or kl (can see klcc and full view of lake and greens). Some of units come with concrete balcony to give variations to the facade of building. But so glad to see this project’s review from you 😂
One of my desired properties to invest in KV. very strategic location that close to main highways, shopping mall, Lrt station (CGC glenmarie - only like 5-8min walk), and most importantly not much crowd/traffic (quite peaceful) in the neighborhood roads at most times
I seriously considered purchasing this back in 2021(?) but didn't pull the trigger as the smaller unit toilet was really questionable and the larger units are just way above what I am comfortable paying monthly. Great location as it is located right beside LRT and a future LRT station? Well connected via roads too, can go SJ, SA, KL etc easily. Seems a bit overkill on the greenery as there is a pretty nice park/lake with lots of green a few minutes walk away.
i own one of the unit at Shang Villa condo (beside Panorama). smaller unit is 1152sqft. i like this area as it's very green and low density. Recently move to landed house and rent out my unit to expatriate (they like my unit as i fully renovated as i don't like the old house design). Will let go my unit in few years time to fund my landed house.
As a beginner of viewing property, I find that the actual unit is way smaller than the layout picture you shows before entering the house. In the layout picture, it even shows that it can fit an island in the kitchen which i don't think will be pleasant if that really do so. 🤔 Guess I still have a long journey to learn when checking these layout reference to estimate the actual space.
Check out more units. Somehow empty layouts feel smaller than furnished. Also depends what furniture measurements you find comfortable lol, the developer will obviously slightly skew the drawings to their advantage
Wow great and informative review. Glenmarie LRT Station from 1st March 2025 (hopefully no more delays as initially supposed to be open in 2020), will also be a Interchange station to LRT line 3, meaning only 5 stations to 1 Utama.

I almost bought this property during 2021, but decided to go with sunway serene instead. I like panaroma however the maintenance is relatively expensive , if not mistaken is rm 0.45 per sqft , pretty low dense but will pay premium Price due to that . One thing I don’t like is the stadium , you may go there during Saturday night , the place can be overwhelming. Police will block the entrance , they will change to one way traffic , many cars will park along the road. Another point , I don’t like the next door shang rilla as is an old development and wisma am first and CGC Eye sore if I’m going to pay rm 900 to 1k per sqft
What i heard is tht, sunway serene is currently under sunway own management team. When it is handover to a jmb i think the maintenance is easily over 40 sen given the area and facilities available

I like the location. The design overall is practical. Only thing i would change is timber flooring for the bedrooms. Dont like cold tiles for rooms

Glenmarie LRT station has been open for the last 20+ years. LRT3s station is known as Glenmarie 2.
