Standard stratified building takes minimum 36 month. If the density is high, it will take 48 months. But for projects that went through the lockdown, there will be extension of time granted by the government because they couldn’t work during that period.

I wish all walkways in KL were like the ones between Sunway Velocity 1 and 2, definitely pedestrian friendly.
