This was a great video. I had tried before to get started with Wix (more than a couple of years ago) and had watched several tutorials but still ended up with difficulties. I'm ready to start again and with this tutorial I don't believe I'm going to have as many challenges as I did previously. I feel as though I can follow this and have success.

@@womeneater89 hi there, this might be to do with the domain name, which can take up a few days to connect/transfer to Wix. I'd recommend checking with your domain registrar, and also Wix customer support: support.wix.com/en/article/contacting-wix-support
Is there any way to organize your light boxes? In stead of go thru a lot to try to find the one I want to edit.
Hi there. I'm not sure how exactly you'd like to organize them. But when you are in editing mode on your website and click on a Lightbox you want to edit, there is an option popping up saying "Manage Lightboxes". There you can see a list of all the Lightboxes you have on your site and change the settings.
@@tooltester I want to organize them, I have multiple set groups. So when I add a new light box and my list grows I have to scroll through them all to find the ones I want to edit. Would like if there was a folder option or even a way to list them in an order so finding the one I need would be eaier

Could you please create a video on how to add a filter on dynamic pages, so that people can search for what they want using key words ? So that at the beginning visitors can see the whole content collection , but then can narrow down to results related to their search. For example, I have a list of 100 essential oils. But visitors want to find only calming oils or only energizing oils.

Can I use my WIX/Editor X premium plan from India for Business in USA, will it affect SEO? as my target audience is in USA
Hi! Not a problem at all. Wix's websites are hosted in the US so if anything, it should benefit your SEO. It doesn't matter where you are logging on from.

@@multipurposem4795 Yup, not a problem at all! You get the same website (from a technical point of view) as someone purchasing it from the US. Your price should be significantly cheaper though :)

Yes, your sister will be able to use Wix in Haiti, but her payment options will be limited to accepting manual payments (e.g. cash) or 2Checkout for online payments (more info available here: support.wix.com/en/article/connecting-2checkout-as-a-payment-provider). That might be all she needs, but if she'd like more options, Shopify offers a few more payment processors for Haiti - you can read more about how it compares to Wix here: www.websitetooltester.com/en/blog/shopify-vs-wix/

How I charge the theme after i chose one to edit but I changed my mind?

I have an online shop with Italian products that we all make ourselves. I've heard a lot lately that you should create a landing page with WIX to "push" individual products.
Can you confirm this for me or what do you think about it. Is a landing page something that can help me?
Hi Fabrizio! A landing page makes sense if you are running targeted campaigns promoting specific products (e.g. someone searching on Google for 'handmade Italian products', or clicking from one of your Instagram posts). If you aren't running these kinds of campaigns, then it will be difficult for users to find the landing page, and so a landing page on its own won't be very useful. Hi there, Wix Studio is targeted at agencies and larger enterprises, so if you're just after a regular Wix site I'd go with the "Continue to Wix" option. This video is a few years old now and doesn't exactly match what you see in Wix now, but we'll be creating another up-to-date Wix tutorial very soon!
Makes it sound easy, doesn't it? After a week of fiddling around with this I've NEVER been more frustrated, confused, exasperated by an "editor" than this. Back in the "old days" when websites were relatively easy, I've put them together with straight HTML/CSS but I've now tried to put together two websites using this editor and neither is what I wanted. This is nothing but an adventure in frustration and aggravation. Go somewhere else.

Hi! You mean your menu? It might be linked to the wrong page. Click on the menu and then "Manage Menu" to see more options.

Hi Katherine, it depends on where you want to add it, but if you do a search for 'GIF' in the Wix Help Center (support.wix.com/en/) you should be able to find some instructions on how to do this.
Can I create it using my phone ?
Hello :) Wix Owner app gives you access to blog post editing, analytics or inbox messages. You can manage your store directly from your phone, but it won’t let you create new pages (unless you built your site with Wix ADI). I know it isnt simple, and although I have never been able to master JAVASCRIPT at all I know there are a great many people who have Mastered JAVASCRIPT and WIX allows JAVASCRIPT usage and input. If you were to go to a JAVASCRIPT webgroup or the like you will see people posting CODE to do all sorts of things everyday SO I am certain what I am asking IN A GENERAL WAY CAN BE PRESENTED in a general way by people who know how to CODE.

WIX and wix support people and groups make videos showing ways to make your website work. Videos on Design - Videos on Data Base and Structure - Videos on Search Systems - Videos on Memberships or Subscriptions - Videos on Building an e-Store - Shopping Carts and Videos on Payment Processes.
I Suppose WIX wants their Customers to be successful because that makes WIX SUCCESSFUL.
There is at least One Video and help on I have been Searching for - For Years but have yet to find it.
I Am looking for for or asking WIX to make a video on a certain PROCESS OR FUNCTION - ( SEEMING SIMPLE - BUT NOT SIMPLE FOR ME ) .
Not Every WIX business is a WEB STORE that Sells Goods. Many People would love to open a WIX Business that Sells DATA and DATA ACCESS.
MANY OF US WOULD LOVE TO SEE A VIDEO THAT HELPS US IN THE FOLLOWING PROCESS.
1 - WIX WEBSITE that is a Data base driven web site ( I can build that - you already have videos on it )
2 - Customer comes to web site ENTERS DATA INTO A DATA FORM ( you have videos on -- Good )
3 - CUstomer Wants to UPLOAD this Data Form into the Data base BUt First must make a payment for the service
4 - Customer Presses the NEXT Button which takes them to the PAYMENT PAGE
5 - CUSTOMER FILLS OUT PAYMENT METHOD ( you have videos on already - Good )
6 - CUSTOMER PRESSES SUBMIT PAYMENT Button
7 - NOW HERE IS WHERE WE WANT A VIDOE MADE FROM HERE DOWN.
**8 - ONCE PAYMENT IS APPROVED -- THEN -- The Data Form That Was FIlled Out Is Submitted To The Data Base.**
9 - IF PAYMENT IS DECLINED - Customer is Directed to try payment again to get approval so data will be submitted to Press Cancel to Decline Payment and Decline Data Entry.
#8 is the Key Issue. Myself and So many other potential WIX customers would benefit by knowing HOW to create this FUNCTION so that they can create their WIX business.
Hi there, thanks for your comment. What you're describing there sounds like it might be a bit complex for Wix to handle. You might find some manual workarounds (e.g. using Wix's membership features) but I'm not sure that's what you're trying to achieve exactly. You might want to contact Wix's customer support, or speak to a developer about getting a custom solution built.
