Nice to watch. Thanks for posting. I'm building the RV8 60e G2. I can't believe the short landings with flaps and strong headwind!...amazing. Best advice I've ever been given is just go out there and do full sessions of touch and go's. It's fine to go up and have fun with aerobatics but the most important skill a pilot needs, is to be able to land...smoothly and with style. Anyways...landings are always exciting and it's good to have the confidence you can land in one piece.
Thanks! Yes, I give that same advice to my fellow club members. I especially like to practice on windy days, it really sharpens the skills! The RV-8 can land really short even on calm days. You'll love shooting touch and goes with it. :)
Hey Chris Im Joe and Ive been looking into this bird with my friend Fat Guy Flys and Im on the fence on buying. Its like a bush bird and stohl bird. However the new version is awesome looking..
