I was riding behind before the crash and barely managed to escape crashing. I still can’t understand why people are creating these situations and taking unnecessary risks. There were also a few other incidents that fortunately ended without any crashes.
I think for us, who don't compete for the podium in such races, safety vs risk is priority. And there is a thin line between "I will squeeze here and nothing will happen" vs "I fucked up race for a whole group behind, due to my strive for podium" :D

Justinas stopped the camera right after he met other guy who had a puncture, and resumed it a bit later when walking back.
Some of conversations were about "how shitty it is to wait for a year to fight for the jersey" and then end it up like this! :)) With, some explicity involved, hahah!

Hey! Thats true, purely racing situation, which could have unveiled in different scenarios. I don't know how successful first guy felt, but the second (with pink jersey) crashed badly on the shoulder.

Omg, that is the reason why I don't race. Because some asshole will cut my turn or hit my rear wheel and I'm going to fall off, brake leg or brake the bike. I do play competitive sports, football and over there it is same. Got recently injured because some asshole thought we play a champions league final and went with a slide tackle and the way I feel on the ground I injured my rib and bow I'm probably going to miss a tournament that I wanted to take part. What's the damage after the crush? Hoping nothing serious besides the chain. But by the sound of the wheels spinning after the crush I assume there are also some spokes gone?
That is funny reasoning, Ivo! Not racing because of being afraid of crashes is pretty much similar thing as not going into the forest because of the wolfs, or bears :D Risks are everywhere, and accepting them usually gives a lot more experiences than trying to avoid something, with rare chance of happening.
Sorry to hear about your injury, it is also a part of the game everywhere. Who knows, maybe you will miss the tournament for a reason - to avoid something else bad occurring! It is all a matter of interpretations:)
As for the crash, I don't know much what happened to the guys, but there were some bike damages for sure(puncture, broken chainring + chain, saddle, garmin holder, etc), as well as massive hits to shoulders/collarbones for at least two persons.

Haha, that was his dad, but the situation was fun - one shouting GO, and the other shouting back GO 😅😅 Aiziet would be equivalent to VARYK 😅😅🤘🏼
A lot of dirty moves from Manikas, fast no look lane changes, pushing around, etc. Even cut off his team mate Arturas Kazakevicius a few times. And lastly Ignas Kertenis crazy last second divebomb move between his team mates which coused the crash :/
Finally I am not the only one who noticed Manikas here, haha! Basically, the whole situations unveiled how it ended from the moment he made blind cut to the left into NOWHERE, pushing Arturas off. Everything else were consequences afterwards, with more bad moves from others
Well stated “last second divebomb” was just a consequence of a sudden Arturas lane change 🤷♀️
