Some advice for all warlock players who watched this video: First, thanks for the good video kaz. But guys don't rely too much on flame walker, cuz this build is only work when you play in low/med rank or fight against non-gold gear teams or poor pvp skill teams. I am also a main warlock player and I have fought against many streamer teams before( like ken, repoze, toddfather, act, retzi, endboss, etc.). Those pro teams can just push your teammates easily when you use this flame walker because it's like 3vs2 when you are using Phantomize, and some pro wiz players can melt you with electrical spells when your phantomize gonna end and you want to leave. Also, this flame walker is really rely on place( the perfect place is like video 6:50). However, you can still use this build because flame walker can clean every room fast af, so you can help your team take control the middle of the zone, especially in inferno map. Also, this is the only spell which can help you 1vs3 when your teammates all dead. Whatever, this build is really funny :)
Guys if you just want to use flame walker for pvp, I recommend you only team with other 2 high move speed/range jobs. That would be very disgusting lineup just like 2 warlocks in the video
Not too familiar with your content but I'm absolutely blown away that this is new to you. I've been telling baby locks for months they're actively throwing if they're not flame walking 90% of the time.
Flamewalker is my fav spell now for sure. It’s cool that I can use it super defensively and you’re over here being super aggressive with it, yet both are really effective.
Im running a set with 22% atm, It really helps, I want my flame walker to ideally last as much as my phantomize. Its such a troll ability but probably one of the most useful in his entire kit when utilized with a team who knows to stay the hell out of my way when Im revving up the afterburner.
I love the "It might grief ur teammates, but who cares!" 😂 Honestly tho i thought u already knew how good it was before so its strange to hear u only recently started using it. Its bewn a staple for my solo play since i made the decision to be a lock main. Keep up the good work!
I used in it solos but stayed away from using it on trios. One day something snapped and I just said fk it, Who cares if its sub optimal and keeps my teammates out of the fight, I wanna fry some people and so Im going to do just that.
@@kazaren 😂😂😂 besides, most of the time you using flame walker will do more DMG to the entirety of the enemy team than your teammates can do anyways so it works out lol
@@willfire6789 Honesty the class it griefs the hardest is probably another Lock since phantomize fries you extra from your boys walker and rogue for knocking you out of invis. If you have good comms like these guys it doesn't seem that BM to your friends
This looks fun! Would be nice to get a breakdown of the build, what passives / skills and what gear to aim for. I notice there arent too many videos like that for the warlock class.
Great plays! Was this by chance before the latest hotfix? For some reason, the current hydra doesn't do any damage with projectiles. It goes right through enemies.
Most of the clips here are post patch, So the hydra doesnt work, I simply do not care, I just pretend that it works, I place it how Id usually do and use it mainly for healing and door blocking, Most of my dps comes with landing bolts and curses anyway, We'll be back when hydra actually functions as intended again,
Great vid. "Bro you fisted them!" "No, i COOKED them ;)" that got me. I have friends who prefer tto play normal white/grey lobbies. Do you think white 7 dmg magic staff would do enough dmg relative to white gear that this build would work? Normally I just curse and BoC when close in those lobbies.
whats the spellbook for? is seems you mostly use the staff. also do you think the no torture mastery build is best? I love torture mastery magical healing however Its very expensive and I feel I may switch to this.
Magic healing expensive, Never good pieces for it anywhere that doesnt cost keys or multiple keys. I just stopped running it for now because replacement kits for magic damage kits are so easy to make. I use spellbook when I need to kite and chase someone while casting.
Good to know, i do have a decent bit of magical healing stuff but nothing with decent warlock stats. Just always feels eisky having to hydra to heal, but having no torture mastery helps the cost
I started to play warlock and I dont understand why is so ass, im buying 3-4 key worth sets and prioritizing magical healing > knowledge > magical power > movement speed > vigor/health > will and I feel im doing nothing on teamfights, spam curse of pain on fighter enemys and do nothing... and when I play with fighter 4 curse of pain are enough to kill me
Stack additional and true magical damage, life drain heal scales off the damage it deals. It also indirectly scales off knowledge, you still get the same amount of heal/damage but the bar progresses way faster with high knowledge so you can recover midfight in an instant.
A little late to the party, its always been this good and able to replace melee. TBH I wont run warlock without it anymore, people will literally just run away from you when you use it.

Also I gotta try no tm sometime soon, if nothing else than to finally be able to drop sac for bolt
Highly encourage you to try every combo and find whats fun for you, Trial and error
Damn you exposed my secret OP build i used since the launch of this saison !!! :D
Gotta build a full buff duration kit, makes your phantomize flamewalk last longer
Im running a set with 22% atm, It really helps, I want my flame walker to ideally last as much as my phantomize. Its such a troll ability but probably one of the most useful in his entire kit when utilized with a team who knows to stay the hell out of my way when Im revving up the afterburner.
Lmao. Does buff duration actually extend Flame duration!?! Been Flamewalker for months, but never tried that, haha.

My past videos has a lot of those if you wanna check it out ✅
what stats to look for on the gear for such build? Anything specific or basically add mag damage? Do we aim to get any mag heal as well?
Damage as much as possible
Added magic/true damage is best bang for buck, since Flamewalk has 6 base damage. Staff Scaling is the other big one.
love the team gameplay, so fun to watch. utoast's accent is my favorite
We love utoast
Does someone know if flame walker scale with something or just fix dmg ?
Also if it scales, should we phantimise with staff in hand to burn more ?
Flame walker with staff does more damage yes, It hurts more. And yes it scales.
Scales plenty. Staff is big Flame damage. Added Magic or True Magic dmg scales the best, overall. (After staff rarity level)
Great plays!

@kazaren thanks for the response dude 👍
were you playing with Elite?
I was ! Elite has been converted into the flame walking ways as well. All my friends are flame walkers now.
Im that warlock, your rouge really popped of that game gg
Didn't they remove the flame walk phantomize combo? Like phantomizing removes flame walker now
no? dont think so at least
I heard same thing. Didn't test though.
Nah it still works
Dude with the reddit video had a skill issue

I havent run white lobbies in forever but Ill try it out.
What’s the point of using both a staff and the book ?
Staff more damage, slower / Book faster less damage, Swap to book to kite

LOL, I thought the gameplay was explanation enough so I didnt bother going into detail.

i think you gotta lower one of your friends mic output, everytime theres a fight i think its you talking but its actually the other guy
Thanks for letting me know Ill lower it abit
i wish i can see the armor stats :(

How does your drain life give you so much HP back?
scaled on magic damage, and magic staff also has more magic damage, making it a really good combination
magic power bonus
Magic damage mask rings amulet cape will do that
Stack additional and true magical damage, life drain heal scales off the damage it deals. It also indirectly scales off knowledge, you still get the same amount of heal/damage but the bar progresses way faster with high knowledge so you can recover midfight in an instant.
If only I wasn't a dedicated slayer main... casters look like so much fun
They are but finding good gear pieces is the annoying part id say.

Check out my 180HP build :D just posted it, debating on using flamewalk and I think i may. Great stuff brother
Thats a crazy build bro, you gotta role with Kazaren in duos with it xD
Dont debate, Just put it on and fry some folks. FRY.
