Who cares what steve looks like he plays dam good. A lot better that someone else on here who is judging him by his appearance.
As a music producer I think that having a strange image, being outrageous, not acting you age IS Rock n Roll, it is about being different and shocking, not conforming to normality. This is why I find your comment strange, Steve Stevens is a most wonderful and tasteful player that oozes Rock n Roll and is image reflects this commitment.
Vice Squad is not my band personally - I am a record producer and have worked with Vice Squad and many other great Punk / Rock bands too - they are awesome :-)

Well, one must assume that you are the height of Rock n Roll fashion and credibility judging by your outspoken authority on such matters. Do you have footage of yourself playing on here ? I for one, would be most interested to see if you have any talent or, indeed hair for that matter...
What's it matter what he looks like he's a great guitarist! While he can he will, who wants to look older! Might as well stay as young as you can.

Love Steve Stevens, but this review seems more like; 'I'll give you a quick $5G if you like my pedal on RUclips'. Maybe I'm wrong, if so apologies but - even though it is a great pedal, does Steve really use this thing?
I wonder too when he talks about the Camp Freddie gigs and he says "I'll bring a pedal like this".... He doesn't say I'll bring THIS pedal.

ONLY problem with this demo, is that he used a very dirty sounding overdriven amp to begin with - and we never heard the clean tone once! The dry amp already sounded really good, so virtually any tube screamer stylle pedal would have pushed the amp into screaming lead territory. Love ya, Steve, but this wasnt a great demo of the pedal, but a good demo of your playing only!
Yeah, I agree, this is an old good trick to sale basically any OD pedal.
