There is no extra charge for either of Viking's specialty restaurants. However, passengers need to reserve in advance, or check the daily schedule for cancellations. Viking recently changed up menus after 7 years and I notice there are now 2 steak choices! It is very good, however, I am always happy with menu in “The Restaurant” and don’t stress over getting reservations in Manfredis. Best to you. 💕

It was very good. Loved the risotto with truffles. Looked a little strange with slices of truffles on top 🤗

That's an amazing cruise! Pre covid, we had a Princess cruise from Singapore to Thailand to Vietnam booked. When they had to cancel our cruise I ended up with a new kitchen instead. 😁

@@mmc9828 A new kitchen is not a bad deal! I redid my kitchen last year and love the new sensors that come on everything. Of course, the sensors will probably go out quickly 😂
