Keeping with the tradition set by our first volume LIGHT, we’ve taken Utada Hikaru’s renowned “Passion” and recreated it for dueling pianos. Within this dense arrangement, you’ll find brief nods to different character themes, soaring statements of different "Dearly Beloved" variations, and a unique solo taken by each performer.

In celebration of KINGDOM HEARTS and the stunning melodies of Yoko Shimomura, Utada Hikaru, Takeharu Ishimoto, and Tsuyoshi Sekito, we present Project Destati’s second volume.
DARKNESS is the highly-anticipated follow-up album to Project Destati’s 2014 Billboard-charting soundtrack album “LIGHT.” The album is a musical amalgamation of fan-favorite themes from the KINGDOM HEARTS series, re-assembled in an all-new fashion like long-forgotten memories.
Featuring a live string orchestra and industry-leading soloists, DARKNESS is a dark, grand, and mysterious musical experience that aims to capture Tetsuya Nomura’s own imagination.

At 0:36, the piano ostinato from Xion's theme plays, just like how Roxas's piano ostinato plays in the intro of the Hikari duet arrangement. Nice.

When I learnt Passion on piano (arrangement by Kyle Landry), I was so proud since it was the most difficult piece I had played in my life (it probably always will be). Your arrangement brings back so many memories !!!!

I'm even occupying myself, but your remasters are just so beautiful that I just stop what I am doing and just sit there, listening to these songs. You make all of the KH songs 10x more beautiful. Why can't Square just invite you to cooperate with them for the next game! It would be amazing. Keep up with the amazing work!
