Hi i called skipton building society and they said if you are on 5 years skilled worker visa we can give only 75% 😢😢 and said your partner should hv 2 years of experience in the work he is doing but it is been only 1.4years to is here Anyway it was a great opportunity thanks for informing

Hello , If you have 25% deposit of the house value, you can get , HSBC do give foreign national 75% LTV but will ask for your credit report of the country where you are coming from, but no one will give more than 75% with only being in 2 months in the UK as you may not have any credit history here and no reason for them to trust you, dont feel offended , but this is how it works .
