The repository you are trying to access is either not correct or does not exist.Counter check you are using the official QGIS Plugins repository.This can also be caused by the version of QGIS you are running on your system Vs your system requirements or having multiple versions of Python on the system. ERROR read plugin repository, server response is 200 ok. but dos't contain plugin metadata.this mostly caused by porxy ................... so this is the error any hint to fix it.

what The problem might be the issue if your Internet. You are using an internet that has a firewall or blacklists some URLs.
