Great video Aaron!!! BTW - there i a limitation if camera is attached to Reolink NVR so that it block other from accessing it (for ex. HA). I've seen that somewhere on Internet. BTW I use it with Synology NVR and there is no limitation there. You can use direct connection to camera or get stream from NVR (or add both sources at the same time).
Yeah it's nice, but I wasnt able to connect my camera directly to HA with connected to the NVR. I still use it over the network to connect all my Reolink cameras
Can you just use the sd card without the nvr and get the same thing? What is the disadvantage of just having a sd card? Thanks in advance for your response
Yes you can! The only disadvantage is that the SD card can be stolen, and since you have to power it via PoE, why not connect it to an NVR. However, the SD card is a perfectly viable solution.
I have 4x 1080p cameras in a 4up display on my 32" 1080p security monitor. I wonder how the display would look if I switched out one of them for this, since the 7860x2160 resolution gives a much wider but shorter image? Or is that just not feasible?

Ah that's great! That's why I didn't want to use it with the Reolink NVR, but good to know!
I find the NVR convenient, some people run their own video recorder so they can do AI detection and stuff but the NVR is set it and forget it.

Have you measured the FOV? Reolink says 150 degrees on their web site.
Is there any way to run the ethernet wire from the top and have it look neat? My POE wires are all run through the attic out holes in the soffit.
It connects front the back, so you can run it however you need to. I've tidied mine up since recording
With WiFi jammers becoming an issue I think this type of security camera (POE) is going to become the norm.

I really dislike the bracket ... everything else is awesome
Same!
What kind of bracket would you like instead?
Does it take 2 channels on NVR?
Just one!
