    Mam running krne se mere dono knee me lachak nahi ja rhi or sbse jyada dikkat stairs pr chdne me hoti h , MRI test sb kra liye kuchh nahi aaya 6 months ho gye agle mahine training h UP Police me,mene bahut dr bdl liye samajh nahi aa rha kya kroo

    I hv look my family ie my in-laws stays with me& 70 + . my mother in law had 2 legs knee surgery. Ours is duplex house 1st &2nd floor ,my husband works in 2nd floor .so i hv look every thing ,he works almost 16 hrs.

      Generally koi ek knee aesa hota hai jismai jyada problem ho... and agar same hai dono to apko fir stick ka use krna rahega... and consider ur dominant knee as problematic and fir stairs climb kriye
