When you said something about a shooting star you seen at the corner of your eye when you looked at the camera another one went behind your head rewind and watch it
People can say what they want, but California is super awesome. Snow to beach in around 3 hours. gold. Redwoods. 420. I absolutely love living in nor cal. I'm an hour from the coast, and 2 from the mountains. Enjoy this place while you can.
I was born and raised in California, but moved to Tennessee for college. Some of the attitudes from people here regarding California is the funniest thing ever! Majority of them have never been to Cali, much less out of TN!
Incredible. Thanks for all the effort you put into making these. I’m sure there’s a tension between enjoying these places and capturing the enjoyment. We all benefit from your insistence on capturing.
A few years ago, my buddy Bob took me out there. Among other spots, he passed away a few months after our trip. Fern canyon was truly magical and holds a special place in my heart and will always remind me of good old Bob. Thanks for sharing and bringing back memories. Rip Robert Bob Jones
Absolutely love the Redwoods! We lived in Brookings, Oregon and explored the Smith River and The Redwoods many times over the years growing up there while my dad commercial fished! Just beautiful and you captured it so well!
I'm sure you're long past by now, but if you get back this way, you CAN stay right in the redwoods -- Jedediah Smith state park is right by the national parkland and has a campground pretty much on the river, under a canopy of giant redwoods. It fills up quickly in the summer, but is totally worth checking out in case there's an opening. There's no feeling like waking up amid giants! :D
If you go anywhere near Eugene, OR definitely check out Sahalie Falls, about an hour East of Eugene. Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! You won't regret it and it's accommodating to your rig.
Born and raised in crescent city used to ride are bikes through stout grove as kids. We lived next to the smith river most of my life. When you live there you forget how beautiful it is. Been away for almost twenty years now so its nice seeing it again.
I've been watching your videos for a few months.. living near Boston currently so its dope to see you literally following my dream and driving across the country. mad props man, this is one of the top spots on my bucket list!!! keep it up! xx
Fern Canyon! One of the magical places I've ever been to. They filmed part ofJurassic Park there. Glad you made it there. There's a great campground near the Smith River off of the main highway, landside. I think it's a state park site. Great little sites with a creek leading out to a private beach area and a hike going toward mountainside.
Nice man. It was fun to go with you. The wild of the redwoods takes the cake so gorgeous. I ive in norcal myself. I cant wait to go on a mission such as yours. What a life my friend. It’s awesome to see you enjoying it with respect. 👍🙏🙏
You are lucky stout Grove was open. It is closed for maintenance quite a bit and wind storms close it completely due to tree and debris fall during wind storms and storms in general
This is so cool that you went here! I just posted a message a few episodes back and told you that you really need to go here. It's magical and my absolute favorite place I've ever camped ❤ it's been year's since I've been there so I'm real excited to see this video 😊
It’s an aftermarket touch screen I had bought on Amazon two years ago. Unfortunately it’s since been discontinued. There’s lots of other solid options out there!
Bro, i saw you driving through my hometown Redding. There is tons to explore when you are back around here again! Be safe and I’ve been following along since the junkyard! Keep up the wonderful contents!
I’m live 15 min from Monterey Bay, 30 min from Santa Cruz - BOTH are worth your time to check out if you’re still in the area man! Santa Cruz & the redwood trees 🌲, Monterey bay and the coast line are all worth the drift before leaving!! Monterey Bay Aquarium for fishy life. Trees galore on your way down the coast . This entire area line your way down if you’re traveling down is a must ! Great content! Found you a few days ago and have been catching up on videos. Keep up the great efforts bro. Stay safe along the road. Again, must check out if you’re able to! 🤜 🤛
I randomly came across your channel, amongst watching other travelers. Northern California is wonderful; I’m from central and we’ve been up in Shasta / trinity a few times, it’s amazing.
You are parked at the boat ramp, the place above that is myrtle Beach to tourist and slant Bridge to locals. It has an amazing jumping or diving rock at the swimming hole and the most calm waters, safe for children and families. On the other side is second bridge and it has its own Instagram page and above that is the south fork of the Smith. You are at the forks. So beautiful. The south fork is also beautiful as it is pristine. Trails everywhere.
BREATHTAKING BEAUTY SCENERY VIEWS WILDLIFE FOOTAGE VIDEO 📹 LANDSCAPE COLORS & HUGH REDWOOD TREES ! ❤ BE SAFE ☺️ 🙏HAVE FUN ☺️ 🙏ENJOYED ☺️ 🙏 ❤GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES ☺️ 🙏THANK YOU ☺️ 🙏AWESOME VIDEO SHOTS ☺️ 🙏
Another great video 👍 do you ever worry about mountain lions or bears when wandering round? Being in the UK, the scariest thing we have is a pissed off badger….
The crazy thing is that those coastal redwoods are small compared to the Giant Sequoia trees in the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks in central California. There's even a bunch of them in Wawona Grove in Yosemite National Park that you must have missed during your visit there.
If you go to Colorado go to Rocky Mountain lodge it’s right out of Antonio colorado it’s beautiful my mother law runs the camp ground there and we go every year around June
When you said something about a shooting star you seen at the corner of your eye when you looked at the camera another one went behind your head rewind and watch it

It’s beautiful especially Redding ca and up…that’s the real reason they hate California

I’m so blessed to call California home. It truly is an incredible place.
It's incredible but your Government officials are not.

Just wait until you get the Oregon lol, you have to check out crater lake!
Your genuine joy and enthusiasm is infectious.
Best part of my day is watching all your adventures! You should do a video of what you need to start out truck camping like wiring and all !
Absolutely love the Redwoods! We lived in Brookings, Oregon and explored the Smith River and The Redwoods many times over the years growing up there while my dad commercial fished! Just beautiful and you captured it so well!

Wow that’s actually awesome, not just the trip but also all that nature.
You missed Trinidad and Strawberry Rock. And Sumeg State Park.
You are lucky stout Grove was open. It is closed for maintenance quite a bit and wind storms close it completely due to tree and debris fall during wind storms and storms in general

I miss camping in the Redwoods from when I lived in NorCal. Are you drive thru Idaho at all. You'd love it here.
What radio do you have in the yota
“The wild trees” by Richard Preston on audiobook will give you a whole new perspective on the area you were in here. Amazing!

America the Beautiful!!!!❤❤🇺🇸🇺🇸
Another great video 👍 do you ever worry about mountain lions or bears when wandering round? Being in the UK, the scariest thing we have is a pissed off badger….
He there are the American badgers. They are born pissed off.
You've been cruising in out hood! If you make it back, hit us up, we are a little farther South near The Avenue of the Giants.
That is the boat ramp in hiuochi ca, at the forks of the Smith
You stopped off in my town of Redding CA. Bummer I didn't see you! Maybe next time?
If those tree's could talk!
Cruised thru my town Redding, Right on man.
Gorgeous ❤
9:38 another shooting star went by when you said that. take a look, youll see
So glad you saw the diversity of Northern California. People think California is Los Angeles.
The crazy thing is that those coastal redwoods are small compared to the Giant Sequoia trees in the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks in central California. There's even a bunch of them in Wawona Grove in Yosemite National Park that you must have missed during your visit there.
That’s the truth. Some more than twice as wide
Hyperion is 400 feet tall not exactly small just a little more thin :)
It would be nice if you showed a small clip of a US map and mark the places youve already been with the truck. And also where you are next headed.
I hope you got to visit 199 and Hiouchi and Gasquet and jed smith
If you go to Colorado go to Rocky Mountain lodge it’s right out of Antonio colorado it’s beautiful my mother law runs the camp ground there and we go every year around June
Awesome video man!
That road to the campsite is known as “tertiary maintenance”
You go 12 miles up from here to a bridge and the most delicious mountain spring water comes out the side of the mountain.
Come down to mt tam in Marin county
Love ur videos man !!
I'm fan you and Tacoma me from Cambodia 🇰🇭🇰🇭
Going north you should venture into South Fork of the Smith. Most beautiful place on earth
7:25 🔥
