In part 2, we narrow the time frame to 100 years-1769 to 1869. In this time, the first photograph of LA is taken, the first map of Los Angeles is drawn.
These 100 years are when the seeds of modern Los Angeles are planted-but what kickstarted it? A ditch. A ditch that we can still see from Los Angeles State Historic Park.
