- Why is there a huge glowing cross on a hill in Hollywood? Tom wondered the same thing. Turns out it's connected to early Hollywood and two outdoor theatres-one you've heard of and one you probably haven't.

Right by that cross is where we first found out about P-22 through a trail camera study looking at mammal animal crossing the bridge right there.

Hey Tom, as a suggestion, you should check out Turnbull canyon. Workman museum or the SGV. The greater Los Angeles area doesn't have a lot of info. After it was a orchard and parts like chino were just barren land

Wow, I am an L.A. native and I was totally off with the White Cross. I thought it was part of Forest Lawn because of my "immaculate sense of direction" and a thoughtless guess from my parents.

You should do highland bowl and Frank's camera in highland park. Also if you need an extra camera man

Hollywood was founded as an attempt to copy my family’s Colegrove development that predated it and was much more popular (and fun). It is now East Hollywood.
