    其實你唔想轉公司,又唔想硬簽兩年新合約, 仲有另外一個選擇, 就係取消舊屋既上網服務然後係新屋個邊重新開....

    欣賞你堅持打去英文嘅 call centre 嘅勇氣。
    但如果想解決問題,打俾廣東話 hotline 就實無衰,唔關 language barrier 事。而係比較常遇到用廣東話嘅人都係話頭醒尾嘅。
    仲有還機果陣建議影多幾張相同keep can posts record 留低,有啲公司會過咗成年幾先搵你話你未還機。

    Henry, I am in here for more than 35 yrs. In Canada whenever U talked to anyone on the phone, MAKE SURE U have to ask for the name of that staff U talked to so that U can let the new staff know WHO and WHEN U talked to and had that agreement from that particular staff! That's really important and RULE NO. 1. If U remember this rule, I am sure U will have lots of surprise later on when U are facing those related problems including banking and gov't services!! ALSO, IF U WANT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER COMPANY JUST LIKE ROGERS, U don't have to be headache or angry. U just need to talk to the new company, it will help U to do all the transferring and U don't even need to waste your time to talk to TELUS and made U upset! Seriously!!

      What?!?!? The new company will help me to do the transferring ?!? 😀😀😀😀 thank you for telling me that.. and I will make sure to ask the name for the staff next time ..

      Yes same as cell phone cause of the competitors hungry for business. I switched home phone from Telus to Roger’s and R did all the works for me a while ago. I didn’t see any diff as internet?

      @@masterbear888 You have to be very careful if someone claimed that they will cancel the old service for you as it could be a scam. The proper way is: First, make sure that you no longer have contract with the old provider. Second, sign up for new services and wait for the phone line to switch to the new company. At last, you cancel the old service. Never rely on a stranger. Internet service is totally different as Telus and Shaw has their own unique network. You can start the shaw cable internet service before you cancel with Telus.

    第一點:Telus有廣東話客戶服務,第二點:你可以因為佢地俾唔到服務你為原因終止合約。

      Telus 係以電話線為主要服務網絡...無可能會俾唔到服務...大部份地區已全面轉用新式光纖網絡, 新網絡需配合新型轉接器,如果大廈單位本身無呢個裝置, 就必須自行向Telus租用。

    in where i live, if my internet goes down, i will just go to the public library for internet.
    actually 100Mbps is more than enough for me. Streaming 4k on 1 TV needs only 25 Mbps

      Not sure is it only 25Mbps can do 4K 🤨 but I asked for 300mbps
      The price is only lower for $5/ month 🤣 so we just go 500mbps
