What makes bare concrete a great material to use stems from it's function. It's esthetic is secondary. It is a let down to find out that this concrete is just a cladding facade which gives false impressions of strength and other characteristics which we all assume a real concrete has.

@dekkoconcrete how is the surface finish of these concrete panels? Is It porous? Just want to understand how quickly they can get dirty and can they be washed?

it is available in Dubai so that we can use that product in our projects

it's just lightweight concrete tiles right?!

This kind of design has one major flaw. It creates an echo chamber and noise control becomes a real issue.
While looking great, concrete panels act as resonators, confusing habitants. The noise becomes unpredictable and it feels like it's flowing from everywhere. When you open panoramic windows all the external sounds are trapped in such a building so that from inside one feels like sound is really nearby. If Neibour's children are playing or the dog is barking, you will hear every detail loud, clear, and bit distorted via multiple reflections.
I wonder what may be a Noise control solution with such a design?

Furniture. An empty room echoes. Once furniture is in place the echo is GREATLY reduced, if not completely mitigated regardless of wall type (drywall, wood panel, concrete, etc.).

@@amjay2272 I think the entire field of acoustic engineering would disagree. The effect of furniture is GREATLY exaggerated on sound dampening. Furniture only makes a real difference in small rooms with low ceilings. @VitaliySk has a very valid concern. If Dekko has similar properties to aircrete then that's a different story, though.

“Furniture only makes a real difference in small rooms with low ceilings”…
99% of homes are a group of small rooms with low ceilings.
The subject of this video is a house, not an airplane hangar.
I assure you, from experience (not theory), that furniture (including artwork, lighting fixtures, etc) will mitigate most of your echo problems in a house.
      Have a great day 👍
