Glad to hear you enjoyed your time here. People indeed tend to be very unsure about our sauna culture till they have experienced it, it's just relaxing.

The small fried fish was vendace aka European cisco. Also sorta funny "Hämeenlinna is a little town...", while being the 15th largest city in Finland, ofc that probably tells more about the population size here.

You can now get long drink also in the states. Look it up: The Finnish Long Drink. Had it in Orlando a few weeks back. Almost as good as the original.
And you are not far of with calling smoke sauna a smoke house... we do cook meats in those as well as ourselves :D

Did not realize that your left handed until you mentioned the golf clubs. Happy to see another right minded person. I don't know about you but in elementary cursive was a pain to learn being left handed. Still have difficulty with it.

"The sauna was one of the coolest things I have ever been to". I bet it was not cool. Also throwing water on the stones is not the coolest thing. It is literally the hottest thing. :D

Every English speaker can say the letter Ä and Ö. It's just laziness not to do so.
Cat, mat, pat, hat, at, that. Just say the A - part and boom, you're saying Ä.
Bird, heard, learned, word, murdered. Just say the Ö.
English should actually adopt Ä and Ö since it would make writing much simpler.
Cät, mät, pät, hät, ät, thät.
    Börd, hörd, lörnd, wörd, mördörd.
Seems like you had a nice trip.
