Hi guys, some agates and other rocks I cut change colors significantly between the cutting process, when they are soaked in oil, and after polishing when they are clean and dryed out again. We try to edit the final pictures after polishing as close to the final product on my website as possible. Hope you enjoyed the video! 😊

I didn't know you liked cutting malachite. I will have to send you some from my claim. They aren't large but the wyoming malachite is darker with very brilliant banding and often chatoyant

U should wear gloves or clean ur hands after the cutting the malachite. Malachite contains alot of copper, that can be toxic when inhaled or ingest. Over 50% copper content is pretty toxic.
