Ingredients & Process:
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
Pour in a Mould
2 Tbsp Custard Powder
¼ Cup Milk
Mix Well
2 & ½ Cup Milk
Bring It to Boil
½ Cup Sugar
Turn Off the Flame
Add Custard Mixture
¼ Cup Suji/Semolina
Mix Well
Cook The Mixture For 3-5 Min.
Pour Into the Mould
Boil Some Water
Cover the Lid with a Cloth
Steam For 30-35 Min.
Cool Down And Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour
