Nice work. Before I buy any rc I look for a Tomley video. A lot of what you run is difficult to access here in Canada but the entertainment value and general knowledge alone are what keep me coming back for more.
He also does the best durability test next to Talbot, only tomley gets any Rc you can think of
I don't think I've ever seen an rc fair THAT well through THAT MUCH! I legitimately cringed on some of those impacts (and I watch Kevin Talbot's vids too) 😂 Idk how it survived most of that, but what i do know is I want one!

Picked my 5yr son up the brushed version last year as his first "real" rc. Things are incredibly durable and if you do break something parts are cheap. Absolutely worth every $ for the smiles it gives him.

Yes, me too. I can find no spare parts outside of batteries. Spurs and diffs are listed on Amazon, but "out of stock" either permanently or temporarily.
Have a look at serious RC. They're official hbx and mjx UK suppliers I think

Yeah, actually came out well. It was pretty bright. Dull cloudy days always look bad on camera
That looked like a lot of fun! It looks like a great inexpensive basher! I'm slowly building a collection of 1/16 and 1/14 scale cars and a trucks to run with my kids and their friends- this one would probably make a good addition! I feel like 1/10 is too large and fragile for the younger kids for now. Thanks for the video!

Phil going Full send 😂😂 had to be done with this car, we didn't break our one, did find the shocks a bit springy, but 800cst seems to have sorted that out, now they just need to make the 3s lipo available to buy. The clipless body sort out the body clip issue 👍👍
Could you point me to a clipless body for this, the clips do my head in and keep falling off. Thanks
That car is the nuts mate. I've paid more for RCs that have taken less than a beating. Really impressed. Absolutely brilliant for newbies or kids too.
Yeah, it took loads of abuse! Considering the actual run time was close to an hr total. Condensed down to 10mins ish

Pretty cool. I started with an hbx 18859 brushed. I still have that. I then bought the new version that is brushless. Both are tanks and I haven't broken anything. But I have not gone to a skate park and don't plan to lol. I just like street bashing, the odd jump and racing around. Quite capable 4 WD small bashers. Thanks for the video
That's why I love these little guys. Even when they do break, it's so cheap and easy to get back up going.
I can see in the front office where they make this thing. People high fives, fist bumps basically taking the victory lap.

Bought the Bezgar brushed version of this thing and it’s a blast. Have one as a gift to my godson too and now I don’t have to worry about him breaking it driving into walls. This is the best ad I’ve ever seen for an RC car.

Hi Tom. Hope you can help out. It has become apparent the hyper go has a quality control issue. The 4 screws holding the differential cups together are shearing in half rendering them useless. This happening constantly, Facebook groups are filled with people reporting this issue. Not sure if you are in contact with MJX.
Love the sound affects and good music during action shots is always welcome in my world.

One arrived today for my son. The box was so beat up. Unpacked it and everything was mint. Took it for a quick spin and thoroughly impressed.
When this car is lying on his back trying to get up, it reminds me of Edd 209 that fell down the stairs while hunting down Murphy in Robocop 1 😂

This little thing is a beast. It took a beating and kept on going and asking for more. Definitely a truck worth investing in. I think it would survive the kids. Awesome video keep it up!

It's surprising how tough these little cars are, you wouldn't expect them to be like 10x better than something like an 8th scale!

When I was mucking about with Tamiya buggies (Frog & Wild One) as a kid in the '80s I used fuse wire or fishing line to make tethers for the body clips to tie them onto the chassis so I wouldn't lose them as I had no money to buy spares and the only two Model Shops in Norn Iron were in Belfast, and I wasn't.
I got the Frog for my 12th Birthday in '84, and the Wild One for Christmas '85.
I only had one set of radio gear as my Dad expected me to sell the Frog when I got the Wild One.

going to get one of those for my son, i have been trying to get him into rc but he is so heavy handed and he has no mechanical sympathy so this looks perfect for him.

I bash hard but I also love fixing things so as long as it can stand 10 minutes of hard bashing it is good.
Body clips tip is to installed then with the clip loop facing the windscreen and the ones in the back clip loop facing the end of the truck or wheely bar. This is because the truck truck usually flips on its back while doing wheelies or jumps. The friction of the clips with the ground pulls the clips out, if you do this you reduce the body clips loss by 50% or more
You can replace body clips with safety pins ;)
just cut the pointy end before, to avoid accidents.

That 3S Basher is awesome! My Wltoys 144001 is only 2S and rips! I can't imagine driving a 3s with more clearance and off-road capabilities! Awesome video as always LOVE this channel!
I have stripped the rear diff on the Hbx pro as well as a few bent driveshafts. Took a lot of brutal bashes to break the little thing.
Phil has gone full KT on this one! Impressive little truck. Definitely can have loads of fun on the cheap with this thing.

I got some car from a buddy that says sandy land on the body and it looks to be the same scale but brushed. I launched it off my garage several times and still shreds!! Even tosses a ramp up there to try and get more distance 🤣 lil thing is wicked cool!!

38 mph is impressive. Who needs an X-Maxx when you can get a little truck like this and still have fun at a skate park. Amazing performance. Triple flips and all.
as soon as i seen the skatepark, i was like there goes the fan. you can glue it back together . i got the H16p brushed, tore it up bad at the skate park. HBX is tougher , but both are really good for the price

Those new budget rc basher rigs are super tough!! I have a bezgar 6 which i have beaten the living daylights out of for a whole year now and the only real damage i had was a chewed up spur gear

While I appreciate the need for durability testing, I must confess that watching it happen makes me wince.

That was an amazing demonstration of toughness. I thought the early morning shots of the truck at the second trip to the skatepark with the sun coming up in the background though the mist was very artistic. I don't know if any of your other subscribers would be interested. But, I would like to know what different companies sell the HBX Ravage for example or other cars under their name. When I go on Amazon in the U.S. and I do a search for the HBX Ravage I get Nouke RC and the little truck has Ravage on the side. Thanks for another great video. Keep up the good work.
