Thank you for the video...the hard part (the rocket science)...is setting up and learning how to use/work with, an Ebay Seller's Account. That is the tough part. But thank you for the video, as this is solid info too.
Love your video. I was wondering about shipping. If I use the 6 in x 6 in envelopes and only put one coin on them, how do I print a label for just ground or first class shipping with just a tracking number. I don't see any options, and I am going to spend more money that the coin I sold!!!!!
LCS will always provide a receipt where I go. If it is a flea market or garage sale then you have to do your own book keeping for tax purposes. Even an estate sale will provide a receipt although they will be for just the amount and have a hand written description.
can i send you some coin for you to sale for me , i have a lots of coin , from penny , nickels dime , from 1912 and more please let me known , thanks you
How do you get past eBay's policy about selling ungraded coins? I listed several ungraded uncertified raw coins on eBay and they cancelled every auction with only a few hours left and several bids. I feel sorry for the people who bid on my auctions only to find out it's been cancelled and they will not be receiving their coin.
@@chaicharin eBay told me none of that matters and that the coins have to be authenticated by a Coin Grading Service that they have approved like PCGS, NGC or ANACS. You as the seller cannot authenticate anything as you are not part of an approved grading service and therefore cannot authenticate or certify anything you're selling is actually genuine.
They gave me a hard time 2 years ago when I started. I had to show them receipts and proof where I bought my coins from authorized dealers and other resellers on ebay (coin shops). They don't want someone selling a bunch of expensive items and then they turn out to be fakes. Not worth the risk to them. It is a pain and you have to prove the coin is authentic. I have done a few videos on this on my channel. They removed $1000's of dollars of coins I listed. Now that I have a good track record they leave me alone. At first they were real nervous when I was selling 1oz gold raw coins. This is one of the main reasons I try to resell lower prices raw coins. I never top $400 on a raw coin if I can help it.
One step you missed is to gently clean the coin with a soft cotton cloth or similar.
Great video.
This guy is a great ebayer I've bought a few morgans from him and couldn't be happier.
Great job explaining. I 've been thinking about doing that. Great video!!!

How do you call that Gem BU with the gauge in the cheek? You need to tell people that eBay takes 25%...
Great advice Hard Work!!
Very good show.
Great presentation!
Thank you kindly!
Only thing I don't like about eBay is the seller seems to think once the mail it the deals done. Deals not done until it arrives at my address
Can't sell my 1965 large bead coin 🪙 so guess what? Hammer time 🤯.👁️🪙🔨🪙🔨🪙🔨🪙🔨🪙🔨🪙🔨🪙🔨
Good job bro...😊
I tape over the pull tabs as any time my packages have been tampered or stolen from someone just peeled it open and stole the contents.
I tape below the pull tab but for larger heavier packages or USPS flat rate envelopes I will tape over the pull tab.
Thought about buying and selling on eBay. Have a few more expensive coins that I'd like to sell.
Appreciate you watching the video.

@@ShaneSikes if your coin is under $20 you can ship it for 88 cents. Check out my other shipping video for the rules with Ebay.

How do you prove proof of purchase, if you bought original at LCS in cash, and no receipt was given?

I source my coins from Ebay or LCS and have had to show them receipts. I also take photos of the coin weighing and authenticating them.
