This is so true! Every New Year's eve i have so much expectations of how everything will be and it almost never matches my expectations and i wind up feeling disappointed and sad on the 1st of Jan like I didn't spend it well enough. Maybe a glitter eye will fix that problem this year.

Fuchsia is kind of a “ strong “ tone for me , I only have one lipstick that’s kind of “ borderline-fuchsia “ and I usually reserve it for spring , because it’s so bright . Magenta, forget it , it’s just insanely too much. I have tried in the past, it just doesn’t seem to work for me . This is a beautiful color , I will admit, with the candlelight it looks so pretty.
