Dev, would you have any interest in reviewing a homebrew MTG expansion? Just your honest take on my set Wastes of Veldmar, warts and all. If not, that's okay, I just felt like reaching out.
so i'm finally going through all my prerelease kits and other random small containers of cards to sort them by colour and pull out anything i might ever play at the very beginnings of trying to get some kitchen table shenanigans going. i have already come across both Burn Bright (came up in ep. 1 or 2 of this series) and a pair of Faerie Duelist, the latter right at the end of this video i also know there's an Uncle Istvan hiding in one of these boxes or perhaps the binder. (unrelated, but i've also recovered my foil Vito and two Shocklands as well as a foil Cavalier of Thorns i once won a chaos draft with and the black&white version of Adeline so far, so let's go)
Congratulations on attending the power dragon school of quantity over quality. Are you really outworking everybody if no one is watching your videos? This might actually be the worst idea for a RUclips series in history “let me read 10 random commons at you and rate them based on how good they are in reanimator”
Could you make a series of videos based on different archetypes or themes. You can show off cards that fit that theme , like staples, and also obscure cards that you personally like. SBMTG supporters here. You could also clean them up later and repurpose them for your main channel. The random cards are cool filler while cooking, but not I think would pull in more viewers. Just an idea Keep up the hustle 🫡
Speaking as a seven-ish-year viewer of SBMtG: I love this series and will watch it EVERY DAY
I really like it when you evaluate the art and flavor alongside its power level as a magic card
100% agree on Uncle Istvan. A fair and balanced evaluation. (I had the same thoughts back in the day.)
Shared Animosity is great with the new flip Ajani. Lots of cats and a red to turn on his damage ability.
It's "Death Drop" in drag 😊 But you're exactly right. Gotta save it for the right moment. Love ya brother.
I love this series. keep it up dawg

I like the series but sometimes I just pop in to like it while I'm scrolling for a specific sub vid.
