Do you mean Always With Me? It's from Spirited Away. It can be too A Clear Day, from Kiki's Delivery service. Both music are in the video, but with the names in Japanese: Always With Me, "Itsumo Nando Demo", and A Clear Day, "Hareta Hini". Please response me if it's not.
