There's a proper way of eating it for them to appreciate it more.
    1. Chicken should be paired with adobo rice mixed with gravy.
2.Dunk the chicken burger in the gravy
    3. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce well. Eat it with chicken so it balance out its sweetness. You can also add hot sauce.
    4. Palabok should be mixed well with the sauce before eating.
    5. You should have offered them the pineapple quencher.

Jollibee = fast food so ofc it'll be hit or miss. Grease and sodium bomb, spaghetti's different, sometimes the chicken's not that crispy, whatever. Y'all missed the burger steak! Just their burger patty with gravy and plain rice. 😅 But if you grew up having Jollibee, it hits that childhood nostalgic spot even if it's not "good food."
The hills I *will* die on are that their salty ass gravy is way tastier than KFC's, a Jollibee meal tastes best with an ice-cold Coke, and that peach mango pie is one of THE greatest fast food desserts. Don't even bother with their other flavors. When McDs still had their fried apple pie, they weren't messing around with other flavors. Peach Mango has that crown now 😂

Was unaware that Pollo Campero has nearly 400 locations worldwide (89 being in the U.S.) according to a quick Google. Indeed though, I've ate there a few times and it never misses. The chicken is a bit overseasoned for my taste I'd say but with a spicy sauce it's always the perfect bite. For me the Yuca fries, dinner rolls truly make the meal. Really all the sides are yummy. Would recommend to anyone. Now I want some 🤤

For all our foreign dads who tried our jolly spaghetti. You know why it is sweet? First, we filipinos don't usually use tomato sauce in our spaghetti. We use Banana ketchup. Fun facts for this, during ww2 or after that, tomatoes are very rare that time to make tomato sauce ot ketchup, that's why a Filipina invented Banana ketchup. 2nd, jolly spaghetti are usually for our kids to eat. Some adults, like me loves to eat this sweet spaghetti because my mom used to put banana ketchup in her spaghetti. We understand why many foreigners don't like jolly spaghetti because of its sweetness.

As for the chicken sandwich, I would recommend the Andok's Spicy Dokito sandwich. :)

Honestly, most Filipinos prefer to eat and dine right at a Jollibee store. The food all taste great when they're warm and just when you order it.

I like to put lemon or lime juice and Tabasco on the spaghetti😋. That’s the only way I could eat it. It cuts the sweetness.

That's kinda genius. I never got down with filipino spaghetti bc it's too sweet. The only part I looked forward to are the hot dogs 😂 But going straight for the sauce is smart, I'll try it
