Hello Mr. Fulaan, I purchased an r7 canon last year and practicing a lot on manual, and watching your videos for better photography...im not professional but I like the art of photography. Taking a step at a time , I practice a lot with my family... would like to get the sigma 18-35mm...hopefully this year🙏🏼. In the meanwhile I'm getting really nice photos with my 50mm. I appreciate your suggestions and experience you share.
You came up on my feed and I haven't picked up my camera in months. My MOJO faded and now you've inspired me to film again. Thank you. I'm still on my M50 but enjoy it as I'm a slow learner
my first camera was a Canon SL2. I absolutely LOVED it! Then I purchased the Canon M50. Then I got a Canon M6 Mark ii. My favorite camera to this day. but eventually I got the Canon R10 and now I have the R8. The R8 is simply beautiful! I made well over 30k in the last couple of years. What a journey!!
Just found your channel, loving it. I’m thinking about buying the R8 camera so I can shoot videos in CLog but all I’ve got is EF lenses. Not sure what to do, I currently use the 90D.
I found your channel a couple of weeks ago because after shooting on film SLRs for years I finally decided to bite the bullet, and bought my first mirrorless camera. I went with a Lumix S5iix paired with a 35mm 1.8 prime lens, and I have no regrets at all. Your videos talking about the S5iix really drew me towards it when everyone was telling me to buy Sony. Looking forward to watching more of your videos, and much love from Portland. ✨
What's funny I just purchased a sony a6700 because I know for a fact it's going to be my best investment right now and no regrets because my old camera I out grew it. Your video poping up let's me know am going to do some good things with this camera
Hi loved your channel... Just today watched your 5 videos and subscribed you. Now my question is I'm looking forward to buy a camera for my restaurant... Promo videos or some product photography. I'm confused between Canon and Sony. I have had Canon 6D in my college days 2013-2017 then sold it. Now i want to buy again new camera. Give me some suggestions. Second questions is... Windows laptop or MacBook pro for 4K video editing.. which is better. I have used windows all my life. Mac os system looks difficult. What should I do now? Your little brother. ❤
I'd grab the R50. You could also wait until the Sony ZV-E10 Mark II comes out as it will probably be pretty good. I'd go with an M1 macbook pro. I'm using it and it does everything I need.
Hi....I am a photographer and i want to upgrade myself and learn more therefore I've been wanting to upgrade a camera, i have nikon d3200 but i want to upgrade to a canon or sony, therefore am looking at canon m50.... my budget is around $500, what are your suggestions, i am even open to used, in fact the m50 is used, therefore I'd like to know what your suggestions are and everything.... for reference, i am mostly into wildlife and landscape photography.... therefore what are your suggestions.....
I really like your videos, thank you for sharing information with us! I am thinking about purchasing a Fujifilm X 2Hs, both for vidéo and photography, what do you think about this camera? Thank you in advance:)
Amazing Camera for both photos and video. Personally I prefer the Lumix S5II but Fuji also has a large and loyal following mostly due to the colors and user experience.
I am a big time flipper. I go thrusting or on the used local apps and find gear cheap, play with it and sell it for profit. Helps with my severe case of GAS. But it allowed me to get R50 with sigma 18-35 & sigma 50-100 without breaking the bank. It just took a while to get there.
I've been saying this to my wife for months, I'll show this video to her. I can sell half my gear for more than what I paid for. I bought an M50Mii for $330 a year ago, and I can easily sell it for $420
I appreciate the content creator wisdom :) I’m in a similar place, have an M50 and the 8-bit video is starting to feel limiting. Considering getting a BMPCC 4K or 6K and keeping the Canon as a B camera.
Love your videos! Just getting started with videography and photos for sports. Do you suggest r50 or the R8? I am a beginner with all of this & i learned a lot from your videos!! Keep going!
So if I get the Canon R50 and mostly take pics of backyard birds including hummingbirds, and then people indoors and out, what lens or lenses might you recommend? By the way, love your vids😘
Love it! I think in this exact manner. I try to have X amount of money locked up at one time, and if I need or feel like getting something else, I'll sell the gear I won't need or use. I also buy second hand lenses, and for those it's almost always a 1:1 investment to return rate if I decide I didn't like it or want to try something else. I'm doing the same for other things like motorcycles etc where I find a good deal from someone undercutting the market slightly, buy their motorcycle to try it out and enjoy it, then sell it on and sometimes even turning a profit when I've only done 1000-3000 miles and half a year on them.
This is some good advice to the people this is why I take care of all my equipment and everything I own because I know one day I could probably resell it.
Exactly right...my first camera back in the day was a Canon EOS 1D...I shot lots of work on that and paid the bills...styled and profiled. That camera was already 5 years old when I got it.
I am currently playing around with my cell camera trying to see if i have any talent before buying a mirrorless camera. Your many vids have helped me to understand photography (early days) but have also helped narrow down my camera choice. I am grateful for the casual and non-jargon methods you use. Thanks for all.

That’s awesome. Get to work cupcake.
I really enjoyed this unscripted off-the cuff style video. Really Good.
Thanks Mark I appreciate it. By the way congrats on all the amazing lens videos as of late : )
@@FulaanCreative thanks, finally finding my “thing”. Took me a while.

A used M5, M6II or R50 should be a good starting point.

Yep, I also had to move on to 10-bit. I sold the EOS R almost a year ago and picked up the Lumix S5II
Love your videos! Just getting started with videography and photos for sports. Do you suggest r50 or the R8? I am a beginner with all of this & i learned a lot from your videos!! Keep going!
For a beginner i think the R50 is enough
So what are you shooting with now, master? You are not with the Eos R anymore, right?
Silly, lol. These days I'm mostly on the Lumix S5II
Great video and content. Don't be a hoarder and dont be scared to invest.

Thank you for suggesting this video brother!!! I needed it!
Glad I could help :)
Its kinda how i feel about my m200. But thinking of moving up
I still own the original EOS M. It's been hard to part with. I have some plans for it though
I dig your perspective on this.

So if I get the Canon R50 and mostly take pics of backyard birds including hummingbirds, and then people indoors and out, what lens or lenses might you recommend? By the way, love your vids😘
