Love the roaster, the combat system and the story on that one.
How they managed to blend each story line from the movies together was the cherry on the cake.
Those are still my favorite movies of the franchise btw.
If they remaster it just by up-scaling the resolution and polishing the features on their faces I would be sold.
In the French and Spanish versions of Super Butouden 2, Goku and Broly are already unlocked right out of the gate.
Dude I use to play Butoden 1, 2, 3, & Hyper Dimension on my Super Famicom.
Also loved this card rpg called Legend of the Super Saiyan.
I remember this and legend were my favorite back in the day, mver really understood the story as I didn't understand Japanese but the gameplay and just amazing graphics sold me at the time.
personally I think super botuden 3 is the best at least for the battle system 2 has a better story mode.

That low quality audio clip that starts off the game was the first time i ever heard Dragonball in japanese. It also imprinted Bojack onto me as a particularly memorable villain (if only for his design and the mystery to me about him back then).
Those meteor combos were so hard to pull off on a keyboard. This was by far my favorite DBZ game, until i figured out how to play Super Saiya-jin Densetsu

This is the best imo. Also the snes's rpg game was too. The one that uses the cards. All the way up to frieza saga then a secret super saiyan vegeta. Awesome!
these were the days where you needed to learn the skills to pull off badass combos not now compare to the new dragon ball games

Would you be able to answer a question? I know there's throw counters by pressing the shoulder buttons but I also know there's a way to cushion meteo attacks. Do you by chance know how? In your footage Goku was standing after getting hit. Stuff like that. Also, where did you find that EGM pages? I've wondered about those pages for a long time. Use to have the magazine.
I'm really exited for Extreme Butoden.
Still my favorite dragon ball game.

This was the first DBZ game that I ever played! One of the best too in my opinion!! Just love this game and I remember to always play as Vegetta, since it was my fav char *-*

A year or two later, picked up SB and SB3 in 1996 for a mere fraction of what I paid for SB2. Still have all three. With the amount I spent on SB2 I can never sell it.😆

I have been subscribe to your channel almost since it started on other channels I see a lot of Naruto vs Dragon Ball Z I would like to see a cross over instead imagine how awesome it would be they are two completely different fighting styles the sayings will sit there hold back to see what you can do Naruto is all about surprise that could hurt you in a fight in a head-on Oh course the Saiyans will win but if you take in account their ego they would lose imagine if they train together could you see how strong Rock Lee would be training in a gravity trainer or how strong Vegeta and Goku would be after learning Naruto and Sasuke attacks I think that would be awesome to see

Calvin Jones I would not be surprised if its not shown. However I think that we will see him do the ritual just like goku.
so in the us extreme butoden if i pre order it will give me a code for super butoden so it would be on the eshop or do you mean that i would get another copy of the game only in dowloadable form

yeah my only Butoden Game I ever owned and played ;) best Character i enjoyed there was Cell god damn it and i always scratched my Head why there is no Goku as a playabale Character figures the !Code!

This is also a good game. But Super Butoden 1 was sort of more better.

enter the code during Gohan is flying scene to unlock Goku and Broly
Up, X, Dn, B, L, Y, R, A
enter it twice, to enable gameplay to be twice fast.
you'll been to be much faster in your input during the ki blast counter as well
Cell disliked it.
