Great Linford Manor Park ponds and how they work

Watch as Marcus, our Heritage Fund Project hydrologist, explains how the water system at Great Linford Manor Park works.
From 2020 we are restoring the ponds to their 18th century English Landscape Garden design, which means improving their structure, reconstructing the bridge and creating new paths around the water's edge.
Our project is possible thanks to funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

So informative and so interesting, great to know the facts rather than some rather odd and inaccurate stories about the trees and to know how well such a wonderful feature is now being properly cared for rather than us loosing it over the next few years.
