If you want to make sure you don't get any pith and get all of the zest of the lemon, you can use a veggie peeler. Once you do that you can chop it down with a knife or put it in a food processor/spice grinder. Any extra you have you can dry out to make your own lemon pepper seasoning.
Hmm, I've made pepper pasta before and didn't like it. I'm not sure I have had lemon pasta. I'm tempted to try it at some point just because you have yet to steer me wrong. We shall see. LOL
I went shopping for the ingredients to this recipe, but I completely forgot the fresh parmesean! 😅 I was preparing the shallot and remembered just now...
