I have on the reward chart for them to think of 5 positives in the morning and 5 at night. these could be something they are grateful for or something they are looking forward too or something that happen they were happy about. this way we start and end the day on a positive note😀

I love that you had such a balance in your day! I love that you prioritized things. I do not always have time to do my hair and makeup every day. That is real life around my house. I shuffle teens and a preschooler M-F and their safety and well-being is first. I take a break for myself midday when they are all at school. I alternate between chores and breaks because I am over 50 now. My body needs the breaks. I love your salmon recipe. I have to try it. I haven't done salmon in the air fryer.
Loved the haul and it was so satisfying to watch you put away those groceries and clean the produce. We are still in-between spring and winter weather here in the DMV too.

Do you ever notice that the produce goes bad quick if you put them away in a sealed container while they are still wet ? I always get nervous doing that. Great video !
This happens to mine in those containers all the time
Adding a kitchen towel to the container bottom and top can prevent that.

Hi Tiffani, I see how you cut the peppers and I have a suggestion to try them out with me, it works, instead of cutting the peppers from the top, turn them upside down and cut them into 4 parts without reaching the bottom of them, then they open more easily and it's easier to cut them, try it and then say if it's easier or not.bejinhos
