Are the print on demand and the digital art shop in the same niche? Could you make a video on how to decide if you should open another shop or add new products to your existing one.
Thanks for being so transparent 😊 It's helpful. I'd like to see a clearly explained breakdown of how you calculate you're monthly net profit after all Esty, Printful & any other costs (ads, listing, 6.5%, freelancers, etc)
Thank you for sharing about your new shop's sales stats, that is super encouraging! I just started my shop a couple months ago and I've been wondering if I'll see success with it. I'll keep coming back to watch this for encouragement!
I mainly use photoshop, since that is my native design program. But you can use any program you like to create the style of art you like, as long as it can create jpgs and pdfs 👍
Just started with photoshop myself. Mainly used Lightroom but came across a picture (for posters/canvases) and knew I needed photoshop for the full potential of the pic
Always great videos Brandon, you are an inspiration for us!! You are the most transparent content provider on RUclips, period! Just one question, how long did it take for you to reach to $1K per month for your shop#1 with digital products and with how many products?
Thank you for showing this, I like the transparency and I'm debating something like this. If I understand your numbers from a very high level, it looks like after total costs your net revenue is between $400 and $1000 per month per shop? Is that accurate?
@@RokitaBijaaacz i dont think so Bit i would definetly recommend 2 separate Stores. Almost every Successful Store has specialised in digital or physical Items but not both together.
Nice video. So you can have more than two shops on etsy? Or even unlimited amount? I know they all get suspended etc in the beginning. Maybe Etsy is changing that with new policy updates.
When I created my print on demand Etsy shop many years ago, that concept was brand new. I wasn’t sure if it would work or not. So I created a new shop to test this model and not risk my existing printable shop. If I had to start over now, I’d combine the two. Hope that answers your question!
What if you don't have money for ads? Is it at all possible to make this happen withOUT spending $1,000 a month on Ads? When you first started, were you spending on Ads? Did you have a big social media / IG / FB following that helped? Thank you!!!
You don’t have to use ads if you don’t want to. Ads just helps accelerate the process. When I first started, I was doing $1-5/day and slowly increased it :)
Wow, thank you so much! This was really insightful. Now I don’t feel so bad. I was only getting about 5k ad views per month but now I see I should be aiming for 100k. No wonder I wasn’t making any sales! :)
Hey @brandon. I love your content and you inspired me to open my Etsy shop. However I used your affiliate link and my shop got suspended the moment it opened. I’ve emailed them but there’s no reply and I’m unable to send. Was that link against the Etsy guidelines?
@@brandontimothy thank you so much for replying. It’s Madebymollico. I read recently on Reddit that it’s been happening to hundreds of new businesses. Some kind of etsy bot did it. Sigh :(
Good video. Confusing but good. A spreadsheet would be better or a power point. We were really interested in the bottom line, but with other numbers touching each other in the explanation in diminished the presentation.
Seems great but fishy at the same time.. I wonder if you are infringing on any trademarks or copyrights at all? Even parodies or anything slightly related to something popular.

Thanks for being so helpful! Do you mind disclosing how much you spend on outsourcing for these shops and how much time it saved to to outsource? 🙏🏽
Thank you so much for your insight ! Your videos are so honest and it's greatly appreciated . 🙂
Thank you for the transparency. This helps a lot.
How do you get the first reviews for new products? Or you just simply run ads directly without first reviews on product listings?
Hello, Brandon. What is your 4th shop! What does it sell? Name of your Etsy shops?
Hello,is digital product more profitable than the print on demand.
From your results, which is more profitable, which will you recommend
I personally like digital product more, but both can be very profitable depending on the niche/category

How do you open a second shop in Etsy, can you make a video on it
It’s the same process as opening the first. But you’ll need a new email address for the new shop :)
I am opening a store that sells digital products, but I also want to print on demand. Do you recommend I open one store or two separate stores?
Definetly two different Stores. One for digital and one for POD
@@whistler1238 Etsy won't block my account for selling the same graphics in both stores?

Also making similar request to other comments about why you're having the printable vs printfy separate shops vs all in one shop?
